A lot of BeagleBoard.org boards contain SOCs with co-processors such as
M4F in AM62x (PocketBeagle 2 [0]), R5s in AM67A (BeagleY-AI [1]). In such
targets, the application is normally loaded by the Linux host using
remoteproc.
There have been some out of tree patches to have micropython and other
Zephyr applications output to allow having a console without requiring
manual connections. This patch attempts to provide a more concrete and
upstream way to have that functionality.
The implementation uses existing rpmsg service subsystem.
Only implemented poll_out
Tested on PocketBeagle 2 M4F core.

Modify bt_ccp_call_control_server_get_bearer_uci to
store the bearer UCI in an output buffer, instead of just
providing the pointer.
The reason for this is to make the result thread safe, and
avoid the user/application having a direct pointer to
internal storage.

The functions bt_cap_commander_cancel and
bt_cap_initiator_unicast_audio_cancel were not thread safe,
and calling these while handling e.g. a notifications
or a write response could cause fatal errors.
This commit modifies active_proc so that all access to it
is guarded by a mutex.
Some functions were modified to take the active_proc as an
argument, instead of calling bt_cap_common_get_active_proc
for performance reasons.
This also means that all the atomic fields can now be
treated like regular fields. This has not been done in this
commit to keep the changes minimal.
The design is that only the function that calls
bt_cap_common_get_active_proc should unlock it again.
If a function gets the actice_proc as an argument, it should
not unlock or complete it.

Move the call to bt_bap_setup_iso_data_path to the state_changed
clause in unicast_client_ep_streaming_state.
bt_bap_setup_iso_data_path should only be called once, as calling it
again would be rejected by the controller.

A recent change in the host made it so that CIS always
disconnect before the ACL. This means that we do not need
to handle the case when the ACL disconnects before the CIS,
and the ACL and CIS disconnect handlers can thus be
simplified.

Add padded formats as seen on Himax image sensors used with 8-bit
DVP receivers, where half of the pins are used, leading to empty
bits in memory. This replaces the Y4 format which is 8-bit despite
only giving 4-bit filled with data per byte.

CONFIG_BT_CTLR_ADV_ISO_STREAM_MAX to match the

cannot be higher than this.

This test attempts to clear all non-locked PMP entries, including the
PMP catch all entry required by the PMP stack guard.
When CONFIG_RISCV_ALWAYS_SWITCH_THROUGH_ECALL is enabled, this trigger
stack guard in is_kernel_syscall after the test finishes and attempts to
switch out.
This doesn't happen when CONFIG_RISCV_ALWAYS_SWITCH_THROUGH_ECALL is
disabled, because the atch all entry is restored before the stack guard
is enabled.
Therefore, only filter out CONFIG_RISCV_ALWAYS_SWITCH_THROUGH_ECALL in
this test.

When CONFIG_RISCV_ALWAYS_SWITCH_THROUGH_ECALL and CONFIG_PMP_STACK_GUARD
are enabled, the first context switch enables the stack guard
(mstatus.MPRV and MPP) in is_kernel_syscall. However, there is no proper
catch-all PMP entry during early kernel initialization.
This change uses CONFIG_PMP_KERNEL_MODE_DYNAMIC (selected by
CONFIG_MEM_ATT, CONFIG_PMP_NO_LOCK_GLOBAL, and CONFIG_PMP_STACK_GUARD) to
configure a catch-all PMP entry in pmp initialization.
Although a catch-all entry is not required when
CONFIG_RISCV_ALWAYS_SWITCH_THROUGH_ECALL is disabled, using it keeps the
PMP setup simpler and more consistent.

Driver initialization is expected to keep the driver in the
suspended stage before calling pm_device_driver_init. It means
that initialization should set pinctrl SLEEP stage. Nordic SPIS
driver was not doing that. If device runtime PM was enabled it
resulted in pins being in the default state when it was expected
that they are in the sleep state.

After power on the slot memory used for mtrace has not been initialized
and it's content is filled with 0xff.
The first log out will try to use 0xffffffff as host and dsp pointer, which
is not something which should be done.
Set both pointers to 0 as after DSP reset this is the expected value on
host side and also on firmware side.
