Previously the logic was inverted for error_callback_en where 0 was
enablement and 1 was disable. This was likely done so that the default,
sensibly so, was to enable the error callback if possible. A variety of
in tree users had confused the enable/disable value.
Change the name of the flag to error_callback_dis where the default
remains 0 (do not disable the callback!) and correct in tree uses of the
flag where it seemed incorrect.

Add return code to lpspi spi_mcux_transfer_next_packet and print the
kStatus_* return code since it information is lost when translated to
errno.

Make use of positive status values in the DMA callback to pass
info to the DMA client after a successful DMA operation.
A completed DMA transfer uses the status 0 while a reached
water mark uses the status 1.

Adds a new spi_transcieve_cb API which enables asynchronous
SPI transactions with callback notification.
The exist spi_transcieve_async API remains and uses the new
spi_transcieve_cb API to provide a k_poll_signal notifier.
The driver API changes to provide a callback and userdata
parameter to async transcieve. All drivers in the tree
have been updated to the change.

Some drivers explicitely casted data/config from void * to the
corresponding type. However, this is unnecessary and, in many drivers it
has been misused to drop const qualifier (refer to previous commits).

Without this change, when DTS SPI device node has node ID = <0>, the
value of 0 is assigned during SPI configuration and written to
whichPcs member in master_config structure.
This value wrongly overrides the default value read from NXP's DSPI
HAL (kDSPI_Pcs0 = 1U << 0).
Such situation occurs on ip_k66f board, where the DSA device -
controlled via SPI has the node ID equal to 0 (i.e. reg = <0>).

In case when we have multiple devices connected to the
one SPI interface the initial state of CS gpios after
MCU reset is floating and it might be low that prevents us from
communicating between particular devices. Fix that by
initializing all provided cs gpios and setting them as inactive.

Keep locking for SPI_LOCK_ON from the first call of transceive until
spi_release release the lock. Use owner parameter to in the spi_context
to store the owner of the lock.
The locking is in line with the SPI_HOLD_ON_CS

Adds optional device tree properties to set delays between spi chip
select assert/deassert and clock edges in the mcux dspi and lpspi
drivers. If these properties are not set, then the minimum supported
delays are used.
Verified that tests/drivers/spi/spi_loopback/ still passes on
mimxrt1050_evk (lpspi driver) and frdm_k64f (dspi driver).
Measured with a scope that the pcs-sck-delay and sck-pcs-delay times on
the first spi transaction in the test are reduced from 7.82 us to 20 ns
on mimxrt1050_evk.

Usually, we want to operate only on "available" device
nodes ("available" means "status is okay and a matching binding is
found"), but that's not true in all cases.
Sometimes we want to operate on special nodes without matching
bindings, such as those describing memory.
To handle the distinction, change various additional devicetree APIs
making it clear that they operate only on available device nodes,
adjusting gen_defines and devicetree.h implementation details
accordingly:
- emit macros for all existing nodes in gen_defines.py, regardless
of status or matching binding
- rename DT_NUM_INST to DT_NUM_INST_STATUS_OKAY
- rename DT_NODE_HAS_COMPAT to DT_NODE_HAS_COMPAT_STATUS_OKAY
- rename DT_INST_FOREACH to DT_INST_FOREACH_STATUS_OKAY
- rename DT_ANY_INST_ON_BUS to DT_ANY_INST_ON_BUS_STATUS_OKAY
- rewrite DT_HAS_NODE_STATUS_OKAY in terms of a new DT_NODE_HAS_STATUS
- resurrect DT_HAS_NODE in the form of DT_NODE_EXISTS
- remove DT_COMPAT_ON_BUS as a public API
- use the new default_prop_types edtlib parameter

Sets the "dummy data" value to send when the transmit buffer is null.
Fixes the spi_null_tx_buf test in tests/drivers/spi/spi_loopback on the
lpcxpresso54114 board.
Tested on frdm_k64f, mimxrt1050_evk, and lpcxpresso54114_m4 boards.

Removing SPI_[0-9]_NAME config option added some more samples changes.
Usage of these options there was anyway not relevant.

These changes were obtained by running a script created by
Ulf Magnusson <Ulf.Magnusson@nordicsemi.no> for the following
specification:
1. Read the contents of all dts_fixup.h files in Zephyr
2. Check the left-hand side of the #define macros (i.e. the X in
#define X Y)
3. Check if that name is also the name of a Kconfig option
3.a If it is, then do nothing
3.b If it is not, then replace CONFIG_ with DT_ or add DT_ if it
has neither of these two prefixes
4. Replace the use of the changed #define in the code itself
(.c, .h, .ld)
Additionally, some tweaks had to be added to this script to catch some
of the macros used in the code in a parameterized form, e.g.:
- CONFIG_GPIO_STM32_GPIO##__SUFFIX##_BASE_ADDRESS
- CONFIG_UART_##idx##_TX_PIN
- I2C_SBCON_##_num##_BASE_ADDR
and to prevent adding DT_ prefix to the following symbols:
- FLASH_START
- FLASH_SIZE
- SRAM_START
- SRAM_SIZE
- _ROM_ADDR
- _ROM_SIZE
- _RAM_ADDR
- _RAM_SIZE
which are surprisingly also defined in some dts_fixup.h files.
Finally, some manual corrections had to be done as well:
- name##_IRQ -> DT_##name##_IRQ in uart_stm32.c

Refactors the mcux dspi shim driver to use the clock control interface
instead of calling CLOCK_GetFreq() directly. With this change, we are
now getting all soc-specific information from device tree and can remove
the direct dependency on soc.h.

The mcux dspi driver was incorrectly using the macro SPI_MODE_GET() to
parse the operation for SPI_TRANSFER_LSB. The effect of this bug was
that the driver would quietly always operate in SPI_TRANSFER_MSB mode.

In prep for supporting the older KL2x SoCs that use a different SPI
block, rename the current SPI driver to DSPI to match what the MCUX HAL
defines it as.
