drivers: spi: Refactor mcux dspi driver to use generated dts macros
Refactors the mcux dspi driver to use generated device tree macros directly. Removes now unused dts fixup macros from kinetis socs. Signed-off-by: Maureen Helm <maureen.helm@nxp.com>
