Replace direct NVIC_SetPendingIRQ()/NVIC_ClearPendingIRQ() calls with
k_irq_set_pending()/k_irq_clear_pending(), dropping the dependency on
cmsis_core.h where nothing else needed it. These platforms are
plain-NVIC Cortex-M, so the pending-state capabilities are always
available where this code builds.

The driver was incorrectly using 'oob_addr' instead of 'addr' as the
PECI index during transactions. Update the assignment to use the correct
target address.
Additionally, add the missing definitions in the header file to complete
the PECI over eSPI implementation.

Introduce a PECI transport driver that operates over the eSPI bus,
enabling platforms without a native PECI controller to communicate
with the host CPU via an embedded controller.
This driver:
- Implements the PECI transaction layer on top of eSPI OOB channel
- Serializes PECI transactions to ensure protocol correctness
- Integrates with the existing PECI core infrastructure
- Allows PECI consumers (e.g. DTT, thermal, power management) to remain
transport-agnostic
A corresponding devicetree binding enables PECI-over-eSPI by defining
a PECI child node under the eSPI controller node.

Remove duplicated #include directives within the same
preprocessor scope across the Zephyr tree.
Duplicates inside different #ifdef branches are preserved
as they may be intentional.

The CONFIG_PINCTRL is removed from the board's defconfig files.
Drivers which use pin control function should add "select PINCTRL"
in their Kconfig files.

Namespaced the generated headers with `zephyr` to prevent
potential conflict with other headers.
Introduce a temporary Kconfig `LEGACY_GENERATED_INCLUDE_PATH`
that is enabled by default. This allows the developers to
continue the use of the old include paths for the time being
until it is deprecated and eventually removed. The Kconfig will
generate a build-time warning message, similar to the
`CONFIG_TIMER_RANDOM_GENERATOR`.
Updated the includes path of in-tree sources accordingly.
Most of the changes here are scripted, check the PR for more
info.

The Microchip XEC platform always uses pinctrl, there's no need to keep
extra macrology around pinctrl. Also updated driver's Kconfig options to
`select PINCTRL`.

Unify the drivers/*/Kconfig menuconfig title strings to the format
"<class> [(acronym)] [bus] drivers".
Including both the full name of the driver class and an acronym makes
menuconfig more user friendly as some of the acronyms are less well-known
than others. It also improves Kconfig search, both via menuconfig and via
the generated Kconfig documentation.

All the of the ITE it8xxx2 devicetree compatiables are of the form
ite,it8xxx2-<DEV>. However the PECI device was ite,peci-it8xxx2,
rename the compatiable to match the pattern used everywhere else.

Handle PECI command PING properly, also get Write FCS Byte as a check.
Now it is possible to perform a PECI Ping without crashing the bus or
blocking it for subsequent PECI transactions.
It is also possible to check whether the Ping was sucessful
or not with the Write FCS Byte.

While running certain peci command, observed when FW attempts
to read last byte (Response FCS), PECI host controller returned
“Read FIFO” empty. Since “Read FIFO” is empty FW didn’t read
the response FCS.
Due to this issue, FW getting corrupted response from the PECI
controller for all the subsequent PECI commands.
To address this issue, FW waits for “Read FIFO” filled up by
the PECI controller.

In current implementation, for Ping command, write data/payload is
queued in FIFO infinitely eventhough Ping command have write length
of '0'.
This issue is addressed in this patch.
