The .tm_clone_table section used SECTION_PROLOGUE instead of
SECTION_DATA_PROLOGUE, causing VMA/LMA offset mismatch on XIP systems.
When the linker adds alignment padding to VMA but not LMA,
arch_data_copy() places all subsequent data at wrong addresses,
corrupting pointer-containing structures like usbd_context.
Fix by using SECTION_DATA_PROLOGUE which adds ALIGN_WITH_INPUT,
ensuring padding is synchronized between VMA and LMA.

CONFIG_SPI_NOR_SFDP_RUNTIME is now
by default used, when when the dt requirements
are not fullfilled for the other 2 options, therefore
we lo longer need to set it here.

Add dependencies for the dt props for the
SPI_NOR_SFDP choice.
Also removes the no no longer needed build asserts.
Nice benefit is, that we fallback to SPI_NOR_SFDP_RUNTIME,
if the required dt props for the other options are not set.

The MSPI API exposes xfer.packets as const, but the driver assigned
it to a non-const pointer, triggering -Wdiscarded-qualifiers.
Update packet to be a const struct mspi_xfer_packet * and remove
the cast.
No functional changes.

Add a platforms allowed list to enable CI testing on
these specific boards.
Note: Since MSPI is still in the experimental phase,
there is no depend_on: mspi because we cannot yet add MSPI
as a supported peripheral in <board_name>.yaml.

Rename FLASH_SIZE(inst) to FLASH_SIZE_INST(inst) and
FLASH_PAGE_SIZE(inst) to FLASH_PAGE_SIZE_INST(inst) in
flash_mspi_nor_sfdp.h to avoid redefinition conflicts with
STM32 HAL headers (stm32l562xx.h and stm32l5xx_hal_flash.h).
Note: Several HAL STM32 files use this macro naming convention;
this issue is not specific to STM32L5.

This reverts commit 1993ea019b because the
`parse_syscalls.py` script has been modified to not output whitespace
characters other than spaces in the generated JSON file.

Syscall regex matches may include whitespace characters other than space
(i.e. `\n` or `\t`), which causes `gen_syscalls.py` to fail. This mainly
affects long system call signatures wrapped onto multiple lines (e.g. by
code formatter). This change replaces all successive whitespace in the
regex match groups with a single space.

With USE_SWITCH enabled, _ARM_M_SWITCH is defined and struct
_callee_saved becomes empty resulting in build failures with
CONFIG_EXTRA_EXCEPTION_INFO=y which expects callee-saved registers to be
present.
Remove the _ARM_M_SWITCH guard so the structure always contains the
callee-saved registers. This allows Cortex-M builds using USE_SWITCH
to enable CONFIG_EXTRA_EXCEPTION_INFO without compilation failures.
