Replace the TODO comment with actual Kconfig-based control of the
USB_DEVICE_CONFIG_SOF_NOTIFICATIONS macro. The macro is now only
defined when CONFIG_UDC_ENABLE_SOF is enabled, allowing users to
control SOF (Start of Frame) notifications through Kconfig instead
of having it always enabled.

Fix three command handlers that were incorrectly returning the result
of callback functions with void return type:
- avrcp_unit_info_cmd_handler
- avrcp_subunit_info_cmd_handler
- avrcp_pass_through_cmd_handler
Split the callback invocation and return statement to properly handle
the void return type, avoiding potential compiler warnings or errors.

esp_restart_noos() and esp_system_reset_modules_on_exit() disable the
flash cache before resetting the CPU. Without proper IRAM placement,
these functions remain in flash. After Cache_Disable_Cache() returns,
the CPU attempts to fetch the next instruction from flash-mapped
memory which is no longer accessible, causing a CPU_LOCKUP on SoCs
where cache invalidation is immediate.
Add linker entries to place esp_restart_noos,
esp_system_reset_modules_on_exit (and esp_restart_noos_dig for ESP32)
in IRAM text and DRAM rodata sections across all Espressif SoCs.

The ESP32 MCPWM driver does not initialize the pinctrl configuration if
only the capture units of MCPWM are used and no other MCPWM outputs are
used. This leads to pwm capture requests timing out. Fix this by applying
the pinctrl configuration during module initialization.

BL702L and BL616 BLE controller blobs use btblecontroller_* wrapper
symbols instead of raw FreeRTOS APIs. This port maps those wrappers
to Zephyr kernel primitives (k_thread, k_msgq, k_heap).
All internal allocations use the dedicated shim heap pool
(CONFIG_BFLB_SHIM_HEAP_SIZE) rather than the system heap.
Gated by CONFIG_BFLB_BTBLE_PORT_OS_SHIM, selected by SoC-specific
BLE drivers that use the btblecontroller API.

Multiple Bouffalo Lab SoCs (BL602, BL702) ship BLE controller blobs
that call FreeRTOS APIs directly (xTaskCreate, xQueueGenericSend,
pvPortMalloc, etc.). This shim maps those calls to Zephyr kernel
primitives so the same abstraction can be shared across SoC ports.
All internal allocations (threads, stacks, queues) use a dedicated
K_HEAP pool (CONFIG_BFLB_SHIM_HEAP_SIZE) instead of the system
heap, keeping shim memory bounded and separate.
Add CONFIG_BFLB_FREERTOS_SHIM (bool, selected by SoC BLE drivers).

Fixes the mix-up of HCLK and SYSCLK in h7 clock driver and also makes sure
to calculate the correct startup frequency:
- Take care of bootloader might already have configured clocks instead of
relying on #defines/dts).
- Use HAL HSI_VALUE instead of STM32_HSI_FREQ which can be 0 if hsi node
is disabled in DT (but is default on after reset...)
Also move calculation of old_hclk_freq above set_up_plls() during
stm32_clock_control_init(), which can change the current clock setting and
make it impossible to get the previous clock.
Remove not needed special handling for h7rsx controllers.
Add a comment to the clk_hsi node in the h7x / h7rsx DT stating that the
clock is enabled by default after reset.

- NET_EVENT_IF_UP can fire between the net_if_is_up() check and
net_mgmt_add_event_callback() in check_interface(). When this
happens (e.g. with CONFIG_SHELL_BACKEND_TELNET=y which starts a
same-priority thread that brings the interface up concurrently),
the event is missed and net_config_init_by_iface() blocks forever.
- Fix by always registering the callback first, then checking
net_if_is_up() after registration. If the interface came up in
the race window, remove the callback and signal the semaphore
immediately. Move the NET_INFO print to only fire when we are
genuinely going to wait.

Fix the representation of pixel formats with an X (unused) or A (alpha)
channel to make the four character match the order in the channels in
memory byte per byte.
These formats are imported from Linux but contain a naming inconsistency.
The four character codes still match the Linux formats from V4L2
include/uapi/linux/videodev2.h based on the byte content rather than the
name: this means that communicating with Linux systems will work, but
sharing source code with Linux will need to modify the variable names.
