Adds a custom system call to the app_kernel benchmark that is a
wrapper for timing_cyclces_to_ns_avg() as some implementations
attempt to access addresses that can not be accessed from userspace.

The previous code example for DT_FOREACH_REG added an extra comma after
the macro, resulting in two trailing commas after macro expansion.
This causes a build error: "expected expression before ',' token".
Removed the trailing comma from the example array definitions to ensure
the macro expands correctly and prevent build failures.

Add board definition for the BL706-IoT-DVK, Bouffalo Lab's official
development kit based on the BL706_MOD module (BL706C00Q2I, QFN48).
DTS is split into a reusable bl706_mod.dtsi for module-level hardware
(SoC, external 4MB flash, GPIO, TRNG, BLE) and a board-specific DTS
for the carrier (LEDs, USB-C, UART/SPI/I2C headers, debug backplane).

Update the MCUX WWDT driver to partially use the Zephyr clock control API
instead of direct HAL clock APIs for clock on and get rate.
Keep using HAL clock APIs for set clock divider because the set rate API
accepts clock frequency and it may cause two external calls to get WWDT
frequency.
Support multiple instances.

The Arducam mega is a low power, rolling shutter camera, supports
connecting one or more cameras to any microcontroller. It provides
high-quality image capture and processing capabilities, making it
highly suitable for various application fields, including machine
vision, image recognition, and robotics, among others. In current
implementation connecting multiple instances of the same camera
system is problematic.

NRF_RTC and its numbered variants (NRF_RTC0, NRF_RTC1, NRF_RTC2,
NRF_RTC130, NRF_RTC131) are not defined on RTC-less SoCs such as
the nRF54L and nRF54H series. Wrapping the CHECK_DT_REG calls in
#ifdef guards prevents a build error when a devicetree node (e.g.
an external I2C RTC) happens to use one of these node labels.
