This commit adds support for a special sequence that requires a
repeated start between two consecutive I2C write operations.
For example:
Sr-Addr+W-Data-Data-ReSr-Addr+W-Data-Data-Stop.

When providing a addr in net_if_set_link_addr() it should be
constant, as this function should not change the address
in the pointer.

Enable CONFIG_MBEDTLS_PSA_CRYPTO_LEGACY_RNG to avoid infinite
recursion in psa_generate_random() that causes stack overflow on
RW612/hosted MCU platforms.
LEGACY_RNG bypasses the circular call chain by using mbedTLS
entropy module instead of EXTERNAL_RNG's sys_csrand_get() path.

Update the HW models module to:
63ccab2988bf4c144b3cd324a0277e03206fa413
Including the following:
63ccab2 RADIO: Adjust Tx rampup timings
72d7680 RADIO: Correct note
AND
Adjust Bluetooth controller radio hal timings to match this new timings.
AND
Change the random seed in a very long test which is relatively sensitive
to timing, and fails due to this rampup timing change.
Repeat of note from 63ccab2:
--
IMPORTANT!: This commit changes the timing of the radio model, and
therefore requires controller SW to adjust its constants accordingly.
Even after such an adjustment it is likely some tests timing will change
marginally (if for example some advertisement event anchoring is done
as soon as possible by the controller or the like), and therefore that
some tests execution will change, and that too time sensitive test may
fail.

Remove CONFIG_TFM_PROFILE_TYPE_NOT_SET=y from TFM overlay and project
configuration files. This option results in TFM_ISOLATION_LEVEL
being set to 1, which is invalid for platforms such as
kit_pse84_eval that require a higher isolation level,
causing CMake build failures.

- For PSE84 without BL2, sign the TF-M secure image using imgtool
(The PSE84 bootloader requires images to include an
MCUboot-compatible header and trailer. To satisfy this
requirement, the TF-M secure image is signed using imgtool,
even when MCUboot (BL2) is not enabled.)
- The signed image is then used when merging the TF-M secure and
Zephyr non-secure images into a single tfm_merged.hex file
- Configure the board runner to flash tfm_merged.hex when building
for the M33 non-secure target

- Fix flash memory map in the devicetree to work with TF-M

In a board I am trying to bring up(RA6M3 + LAN9370),
the phy callback got executed before net_if_carrier_off(),
which meant the OS thought permanently the interface was down.
Moving the net_if_carrier_off() before the callback registration
seems to fix the issue.

Add a polled I2C input driver for the Adafruit Mini I2C Gamepad
with seesaw (product 5743, https://www.adafruit.com/product/5743).

button and joystick state, and reports events through the input
subsystem. Interrupt (IRQ) support is not implemented.

The arcmwdt toolchain fails to build after the update to the
1.0.0 Zephyr SDK. The path to the generic.cmake in the toolchain
was updated to '${ZEPHYR_SDK_INSTALL_DIR}/cmake/zephyr/gnu/target.cmake'
in order to be compatible with the 1.0.0 SDK. This commit also
sets the required zephyr SDK to 1.0 as the SDK is no longer backwards
compatible and will fail to build with any version less than 1.0.

Fix WPA3-SAE authentication handling for both STA and SoftAP
modes to properly use the PSA crypto backend.
STA mode: handle WIFI_SECURITY_TYPE_SAE, SAE_H2E and SAE_AUTO
security types with proper PMF configuration and SAE password
element derivation method selection (hunt-and-peck,
hash-to-element, or both). Also handle PSK_SHA256 as a
WPA2-PSK variant.
SoftAP mode: add WPA3-SAE authentication with the same PWE
method selection, guarded by ESP32_WIFI_SOFTAP_SAE_SUPPORT.
New Kconfig entries:
- ESP32_WIFI_ENABLE_SAE_H2E: hash-to-element derivation
- ESP32_WIFI_SOFTAP_SAE_SUPPORT: WPA3-SAE for AP mode
- ESP32_WIFI_WPA3_COMPATIBLE: WPA2/WPA3 transition mode

Fix mbedTLS 4.x / TF-PSA-Crypto 1.x build support for Espressif
Wi-Fi and BLE drivers.
legacy_support.cmake:
- Remove redundant compile definitions (MBEDTLS_ECP_C,
MBEDTLS_BIGNUM_C, MBEDTLS_ECP_DP_SECP256R1_ENABLED) that are
auto-derived from PSA_WANT_* symbols by the
crypto_adjust_config_enable_builtins.h header. Defining them
explicitly causes -Werror redefinition failures.
- Remove MBEDTLS_ENTROPY_C which was removed in TF-PSA-Crypto
1.x (entropy is now automatically enabled).
Kconfig.tf-psa-crypto:
- Add MBEDTLS_PK_PARSE_C Kconfig symbol so it can be selected
by drivers that need mbedtls_pk_parse_key() without requiring
the full X.509 stack.
- Add MBEDTLS_X509_USE_C Kconfig symbol with proper dependency
selects (PK_PARSE_C, ASN1_PARSE_C) to replace header-level
derivation logic.
Kconfig.mbedtls:
- Add select MBEDTLS_X509_USE_C to X509_CRT_PARSE_C,
X509_CRL_PARSE_C and X509_CSR_PARSE_C entries.
config-mbedtls.h:
- Simplify MBEDTLS_X509_USE_C guard to use the new Kconfig
symbol directly instead of deriving from individual X509
parse configs.
config-tf-psa-crypto.h:
- Simplify MBEDTLS_PK_PARSE_C and MBEDTLS_ASN1_PARSE_C guards
to use Kconfig symbols directly. The MBEDTLS_X509_USE_C
dependency is now resolved through the Kconfig select chain.
