Secure Connection Only mode requires use of LE Security mode 1 level 4
which mandates 128 encryption key size.
Defaults in Kconfig are set from top-to-bottom and this resulted in
7 bytes key being forced. What is worse, user cannot override this
from prj.conf file since BT_SMP_MIN_ENC_KEY_SIZE is hidden config
if BT_SMP_SC_ONLY is enabled.

This fixes issue where the ASE state stuck in Releasing state instead of
going to Idle/Codec Configured as test requires.
Looks like there was a race condition possible where the ASE
notification work was run before the stream was detached, so there was
no transition to idle state triggered.

The server should not perform Release operation on ASE in Releasing
state. This fixes crash that might happen in ASCS when ACL gets
disconnected while ASE is in Releasing state so that server tries to
dereference NULL stream.

Exclude the 20kbit/s CAN timing test from running on the Espressif ESP32
TWAI driver. The TWAI does not support bitrates below 50kbit/s due to the
combination of CAN clock and prescaler range.

Output the final dependency graph as a `.dot` file, which when rendered
by graphviz can be easier to comprehend than the text descriptions.
This output is optional in that it will not be generated if `graphviz`
is not installed.

Adds a python module intended to simplify other scripts that need to
work with device information compiled into the first pass `.elf` file.
Scripts utilizing this module can focus on iterating over dependency
graphs to generate the desired output, instead of also needing to
extract and build the graphs in the first place.

Rename the placeholder variable generated for PM slots so that the
prefix doesn't colide with the PM structs declared by devices. This
simplifies the process of searching for symbols in `.elf` files.

Update flash drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol
to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.
We remove 'depend on' Kconfig for symbols that would be implied by
the devicetree node existing.

MSIS frequency at boot time can be different from the one we intent to
set from device tree configuration.
In order to avoid issues, read MSIS configuration from registers to get
the actual freq rather than the devicetree one which may be not yet
configured (which is the case at startup).

When configuring PLL, we should first make sure we're not running on PLL,
and if running on PLL, first switch to a fixed clock before proceeding
with PLL configuration.
Current code is doing the switch systematically which is not useful as
default startup case is to use MSI as sysclk source.
So add a test before doing this switch.

In tests/drivers/clock_control/stm32_clock_configuration/stm32u5_devices
test suite, core_init.overlay configure msis to use pll-mode.
Since pll-mode is not configured for msik in spi1_msik variant the test
fails since both clocks should support the same configuration regarding
pll mode (an assert in raised in the driver).
Fix this in spi1_msik test variant.

Unlike stated in 57df225b396e43358aac4cc998ed2e99fdb57780, RM0456.pdf
reference manual mentions about PLL1R that "Only division by 1 and even
division factors are allowed."
Though, in reference manual, there is one issue on PLL1R values
description, which should actually be:
0000000: pll1_r_ck = vco1_ck
0000001: pll1_r_ck = vco1_ck / 2 (default after reset)
0000010: Not allowed
0000011: pll1_r_ck = vco1_ck / 4
...
This description will be fixed.
Reflect this in binding and driver.

This commit sets an initial value of 0 for the `res` variable, whose
pointer is passed to other functions and is not directly assigned
within the calling function.
Note that, when the test completes successfully, the value of the `res`
variable should be set to `423` (the value of `set_res`).
This fixes the "‘res’ may be used uninitialized" warning generated by
the GCC 12.
