Update docs for boards ubx_evkninab3_nrf52840 and ubx_evkninab4_nrf52833
to use DEVICE_DT_GET as we phase out "label" usage and thus the
device_get_binding() reference wouldn't work.

When doing a split build and test with coverage enabled, (i.e.
`twister --coverage --build-only` followed by `twister --coverage
--test-only`), Twister attempts to run coverage reports immediately
after building, which fails because tests haven't actually run yet
and causes several error messages to print in to the log.
This change causes twister to skip the call to `run_coverage()` if
`--build-only` is set and print an info message. This suppresses the
error messages from the coverage report tool complaining about missing
coverage files, but still instruments the built code for coverage data
collection. When twister is invoked again, but with `--test-only`
instead, the coverage files will be emitted and the reports
successfully generated.
#### Testing
I ran...
```
$ zephyr/scripts/twister -T zephyr/tests/lib/cmsis_dsp/basicmath/
--coverage -p native_posix --build-only
$ zephyr/scripts/twister -T zephyr/tests/lib/cmsis_dsp/basicmath/
--coverage -p native_posix --test-only
```
... followed by a combined build and test ...
```
$ zephyr/scripts/twister -T zephyr/tests/lib/cmsis_dsp/basicmath/
--coverage -p native_posix
```
... as a control and diffed the HTML coverage reports, which were
identical other than a timestamp.

Add system clock control device (sysclk), so that the drivers can turn
on/off its clock through the clock control API.
Signed-off-by: Dylan Hung <dylan_hung@aspeedtech.com>
AST10x0 series SOCs provide the clock controller through the syscon
hardware block. The current driver supports the clock gating capability
for the hardware IPs embedded in the SOC. Each clock source has a
clock ID that can simply map to a bit in syscon registers CLK_STOP_CTRL0
(group 0) or CLK_STOP_CTRL1 (group 1). There are some clock sources
that don't have associated clock gating control, which are always on,
are grouped to into group 2.

For intel adsp platforms we have a common multiprocessing.c file and
then another multiprocessing.c for ace and multiprocessing_cavs.c for
cavs. Rename the cavs specific implementation to follow the convention.
There is not need to "cavs" suffix since the file is already inside its
specific directory.

Inside the common directory there were files that are CAVS specific and
are not used by ACE_V1X. Lets create a subdir called cavs inside the
common to put files that are common for only cavs plaftorms.
Note that there are still remaining code that in the common folder that
are using cavs namespace like "cavs_ipc_*" that may need some additional
work.

Fix redundant node rx reservation when receiving Periodic
Advertising Sync chain PDUs. Only the reception of first
pdu in chain, AUX_SYNC_IND PDU, needs extra node rx
reservation to be allocated for generation of incomplete
data status in case of incomplete reception of chain PDUs.

on the target board stm32h7b3i_dk from STMicroelectronics.
The octospi1 is connected to the NOR- octo-flash through

Add the ssd16xx_read_ram() function that can be used to read the raw
contents of the two display RAM in the controller. This function is
similar to display_read(), but lets the caller specify the RAM to
operate on. The intention is that this can be used to read out the
contents of the old frame buffer after a partial refresh that
automatically swaps the black/red buffers.

Read operations only work on SPI controllers that support half
duplex. To enable read operations, set the device mode to half duplex
by adding the following to the device's DTB node:
duplex = <SPI_HALF_DUPLEX>;
If read requests will fail with -ENOTSUP if the device isn't in half
duplex mode.

The UC8179 supports automatic power management where the DC-DC is
enabled automatically. This is not supported on the UC8176. Explicitly
call PON/DRF/POF from uc81xx_update_display instead. This ensures that
the DC-DC is only enabled while actually updating the display for all
supported chips.

Some Series were calculating the pll output frequency from an
clock source index instead of the clock source frequency.
This commit resolves this issue for l0, l1.
get_pllout_frequency() is only used for PLLCLK, therefore remove it.
F2, F4, and F7 have several pll dividers and might decide to implement
these as clock sources won't need PLLCLK.

If we're disabling certain features and instead providing function stubs,
it doesn't make sense to use macros for those routines that return values
that the user may check unless we want to provide them with vague errors
like:
src/coap-server.c:101:55: error: expected expression before ';' token
101 | ret = net_ipv6_mld_join(iface, &mcast_addr.sin6_addr);
When a function we're mocking up returns a value, use a static inline
stub.

Now that PWM drivers are enabled based on devicetree
we need to remove any cases of them getting enabled by
Kconfig.defconfig* files as this can lead to errors.
Typically the Kconfig.defconfig* will blindly enable a
sensor and not respect the devicetree state of the PWM.
Additionally we can get problems with prj.conf/defconfig
getting incorrectly overridden.
