Refactors all of the CAN drivers to use a shared driver class
initialization priority configuration, CONFIG_CAN_INIT_PRIORITY, to
allow configuring CAN drivers separately from other devices. This is
similar to other driver classes like I2C and SPI.
The default is set to CONFIG_KERNEL_INIT_PRIORITY_DEVICE to preserve the
existing default initialization priority for most drivers. The exception
is the mcp2515 driver which has a dependency on a SPI driver and must
therefore initialize later than the default device priority.

Recently WiFi ESP32 driver (utilizing WiFi radio in ESP32 SoC) was
introduced into drivers/wifi/esp32/ and it already caused confusion as
there was existing drivers/wifi/esp/ directory for ESP-AT
driver (utilizing external WiFi chip, by communicating using AT commands
from any serial capable platform). So question has arisen whether it is
good to merge both, while they are totally different drivers.
Rename ESP-AT driver to be placed in drivers/wifi/esp_at/, so that it is
easier to figure out difference between "esp32" and "esp_at" just by
looking at driver name. Rename also DT compatible and all Kconfig
options for the same reason.

Same deal as in commit eddd98f ("kconfig: Replace some single-symbol
'if's with 'depends on'"), for all symbols defined within defconfig
files. See that commit for an explanation.
Maybe 'if's were used originally to mirror the 'if's in the main Kconfig
files, and then it got copied around by people assuming 'if' must work
differently from 'depends on'. It doesn't match in every spot at least.
Better to keep it simple and just consistently use 'depends on' when
it's a single symbol/choice I think. Helps reinforce that 'if' isn't
magic too.
Verified by printing all Kconfig menu nodes (symbols, choices, menus,

difference).

This commit introduces separate "compatible" strings for dts nodes
representing different types of Nordic TWI peripherals. Previously
"nordic,nrf-i2c" was used for both TWI and TWIM, and TWIS was not
supported.
Quite a few files need to be touched by this commit but the changes can
be divided into groups of related or very similar ones, distinguishable
by the initial part of the path to the modified file:
* dts/bindings/i2c/
new bindings for "nordic,nrf-twim" and "nordic,nrf-twis" are added
and the one for "nordic,nrf-i2s" is renamed to "nordic,nrf-twi",
common fields for all these bindings are extracted to a shared file
* dts/arm/nordic/
"compatible" properties in i2cX nodes are updated (when there is no
choice as only one type of TWI peripheral is available) or replaced
with a comment pointing out that the proper type of peripheral needs
to be picked at some upper layer
* drivers/i2c/
both flavors of i2c_nrfx drivers are updated with the new names of
macros generated from dts
* boards/
all i2cX nodes in dts files for boards equipped with an nRF chip are
updated with the proper "compatible" property, according to the type
of TWI peripheral that is currently selected for the board by the
corresponding Kconfig choice option (I2C_x_NRF_TWI*)

the PWR_ON pin, don't support AT+CESQ and require a manual GPRS
connection setup.
The VINT pin is used as a more reliable and faster way to power on the
modem.

x-nucleo-iks01a3 shield is an arduino compatible companion board
which can be used on top of Nucleo standard boards. It extend
the Nucleo functionalities adding following MEMS sensor support:
- LSM6DSO accel and gyro
- LIS2MDL magnetometer
- LIS2DW12 accel
- LPS22HH pressure
- HTS221 humidity

Clean up some stray references to cmake in doc, boards and
samples that don't make explicit use of the zephyr app extension,
as well as other minor doc fixes.

The DT spec. only has "okay" and not "ok". The Linux kernel has around
12k "okay"s and 300 "ok"s.
The scripts/dts scripts only check for "disabled", so should be safe re.
those at least.
The replacement was done with
git ls-files | xargs sed -i 's/status\s*=\s*"ok"/status = "okay"/'

SparkFun offers an Arduino-R3 compatible shield using the SARA-R410M-02B
LTE Cat M1/NB-IoT modem.
Now, that the basic SARA-R4 modem driver is implemented, let's enable
the shield for several MCUs supporting Arduino-R3 compatible headers.

This shield uses a non-standard UART exposed via Arduino-R3
compatible header pins.
It has configurations for FRDM_K64F and nRF52840_PCA10056.

Be consistent in how board docs are named and move all to index.rst.
This will make the URL to the board documentation predictable and easier
to remember.

Add LSM303AGR ecompass (accelerometer + magnetometer) sensor support.
The LSM303AGR accelerometer and LSM303AGR magnetometer are s/w
compatible with respectively LIS2DH and LIS2MDL sensors and can
share same driver with those sensors.

These changes were obtained by running a script created by
Ulf Magnusson <Ulf.Magnusson@nordicsemi.no> for the following
specification:
1. Read the contents of all dts_fixup.h files in Zephyr
2. Check the left-hand side of the #define macros (i.e. the X in
#define X Y)
3. Check if that name is also the name of a Kconfig option
3.a If it is, then do nothing
3.b If it is not, then replace CONFIG_ with DT_ or add DT_ if it
has neither of these two prefixes
4. Replace the use of the changed #define in the code itself
(.c, .h, .ld)
Additionally, some tweaks had to be added to this script to catch some
of the macros used in the code in a parameterized form, e.g.:
- CONFIG_GPIO_STM32_GPIO##__SUFFIX##_BASE_ADDRESS
- CONFIG_UART_##idx##_TX_PIN
- I2C_SBCON_##_num##_BASE_ADDR
and to prevent adding DT_ prefix to the following symbols:
- FLASH_START
- FLASH_SIZE
- SRAM_START
- SRAM_SIZE
- _ROM_ADDR
- _ROM_SIZE
- _RAM_ADDR
- _RAM_SIZE
which are surprisingly also defined in some dts_fixup.h files.
Finally, some manual corrections had to be done as well:
- name##_IRQ -> DT_##name##_IRQ in uart_stm32.c

The frdm_kw41z can be used as a standalone board or as an arduino
shield. Zephyr already supports the standalone configuration, this
change introduces support the arduino shield configuration.
In the arduino configuration, the frdm_kw41z operates as a ble
controller over serial hci. It can be attached to another board, such as
the frdm_k64f or mimxrt1050_evk, which runs the ble host.

The Zephyr configuration system uses many different files in many
different formats. It makes it a lot easier for users to understand
what these files do if when we use the correct file extensions.
To this end we rename the dts.fixup files to the correct file
extension '.h'.
This is a breaking change for out-of-tree fixup files. Such files will
be detected and given an appropriate error message.

Cleanup unused leftover from shield development.
These flags are not actually useful, nor used as dts connectors
are sufficient to control board to shield binding is

In order to provide a way to control boards/shields compatibility,
provide connector flags.
One should select this flag in Kconfig.board to state connector
compatibility for the board.
