to CONFIG_VIDEO_HM01B0

Adding some of the missing pieces to the HM01b0 video class.
changed the VIDEO define to match all of the other video drivers
that I have tried:
That is CONFIG_VIDEO_HIMAX_HM01B0 to CONFIG_VIDEO_HM01B0
Added a few more format sizes: 324x324 to 324x244 164x122
match the spec.
Added BAYER format for the color camera (VIDEO_PIX_FMT_SBGGR8)
Only for Full, and QVGA, as cameras with BAYER filter do
not support the binning mode.
Added 4 data bit support, using new format: VIDEO_PIX_FMT_Y4
Support for hflip/vflip controls.
Added the frmival set/get/enum functions, to allow us better
control of how many frames are generated per second.
Used the reset register enumeration similar to other implementions,
such as Arduino library, Teensy Library, and OpenME

Do not add a newline when flushing the buffer to the host terminal.
The caller may not want these newlines to be added, and the host
terminal can handle line wrapping on its own.

Add buffer size configuration for posix log backend.
This allows to increase the buffer size for the posix console, which is
needed to avoid message flushed in the middle of ansi escape sequences.

Static MMU region entries populated via
MMU_REGION_DT_COMPAT_FOREACH_FLAT_ENTRY() pass raw DTS reg address and
size values to __add_map(), which asserts page-alignment. DTS nodes may
legitimately have non-page-aligned reg sizes reflecting actual hardware
register footprints, causing an assert crash during early boot when
CONFIG_ASSERT=y.
Align the base address down and size up to CONFIG_MMU_PAGE_SIZE in
add_arm_mmu_region(), mirroring the k_mem_region_align() logic already
used by the dynamic DEVICE_MMIO_MAP path in kernel/mmu.c. This ensures
all static platform MMU region entries are mapped with page-granular
parameters regardless of DTS reg values.

Switch from OS timer-only approach to dual-timer strategy for improved
low power timing precision, especially for connectivity applications.
The previous approach used OS timer for both system ticks and low power
wakeup. With low tick rates, sleep time calculations lacked
precision, causing premature wakeups before BLE events, increasing power
consumption.
This rework uses high-precision SYSTICK during operation and switches
to OS timer for low power wakeup and coordination with link layer
event scheduling.

The macro was incorrectly using the rssi variable as input instead of
its v parameter. This only worked because a variable called rsii was
defined in the calling context.

This file, added in 2cac70e099,
("dts: bindings: usb: Add enum to maximum-speed property"),
Seems to have no purpose. It's not included anywhere and it's not
valid DTS syntax so it doesn't belong in dt-bindings.
Just remove it.

The comment is misleading -- it's not that it's unsupported,
it's that it's a syntax from a completely different language.

This was added in 26334d691b802086942560e7171a827dbfa447d8:("drivers:
Add opamp API"). It is only included by zephyr/drivers/opamp.h.
Its content needs to be in zephyr/drivers/opamp.h. The dt-bindings
directory is for sharing C macros with C and devicetree. Since this
contains an enum, which is not valid devicetree syntax, it could never
have been used except from driver code etc. Put the code where it
belongs.

The Cortex-M55 is available with single-precision and double-precision
FPUs. However, when setting -mfpu=auto, the compiler always seems to
guess that the CPU supports all features.
In contrast to other Cortex-M cores, there is no extension +nofp.dp
available, which would only disable the use of dual-precision
floating-point instructions. So we need to set the FPU features
explicitly.
See here for GCC docs on CPU extensions and FPU features:
https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-15.2.0/gcc/ARM-Options.html#index-mcpu-2
The explicit configuration of the precision also ensures that the Kconfig
CONFIG_CPU_HAS_FPU_DOUBLE_PRECISION is considered. In addition to that,
it matches the IAR settings.

rtc_counter rejected rtc_alarm_set_time() before rtc_set_time() because the
epoch offset was not yet established. This breaks rtc_api on boards using
the zephyr,rtc-counter wrapper.
Fix by tracking whether the epoch is valid and deferring counter alarm
programming until rtc_set_time() establishes the epoch (then reschedule).
Also fix alarm pending semantics so an alarm is marked pending when it
fires regardless of whether a callback is installed, and treat -ETIME
from counter_set_channel_alarm() (with EXPIRE_WHEN_LATE) as an immediate
expiry by setting pending.
