Some i.MX EVK boards have both LPDDR4 and LPDDR5 variant, define
common Kconfig to for LPDDR4 and LPDDR5, it can be used to specify
which board of DDR variant is used and select related DDR boot
firmware accordingly, for example it could be used by SPSDK runner
to select DDR boot firmware to build flash image.

Add device tree binding for the NXP TSI (Touch Sensing Input)
peripheral. The binding supports configurable channel selection,
touch/release thresholds, scan periods, and input event code mapping.
Also add TSI0 device node to the MCXN94x common device tree include
file.

Add input drive TSI (Touch Sensing Input) peripheral.
The driver uses a delayed work queue to periodically scan enabled
channels and reports touch/release events through the input API.

Add the TSI v6 driver component (driver.tsi_v6) to the MCUX SDK build
system when CONFIG_INPUT_MCUX_TSI is enabled.

Add explicit clock configuration and enable calls during driver
initialization.
Note: -ENOSYS is temporarily ignored as not all clock control
drivers currently implement the configure API. This handling
should be removed once all clock drivers support configure.

1. Update the RK055HDMIPI4MA0 shield overlay, use controller with
zephyr_lcdif label as zephyr display driver. This allows the shield
to work with application chosen display controller. For example
mimxrt1176 can use either ELCDIF or LCDIFV2 to drive the LCD panel.
2. Move board-specific properties to board overlay.

Add pinctrl configuration for LCDIFV2 controller to the mimxrt1170_evk
board. This enables the board to use either LCDIF or LCDIFV2 as the
display controller by changing the zephyr_lcdif chosen node.
Add comment to clarify that users can switch between LCDIF and
LCDIFV2 controllers by updating the chosen node assignment.

Add display driver for NXP i.MX LCDIFV2 controller.
The driver supports:
- RGB565, RGB888, and ARGB8888 pixel formats
- Configurable framebuffer allocation (0-2 buffers)
- Partial display updates when driver framebuffers are enabled
- Display blanking control
- Backlight GPIO control
- Pinctrl integration
- Cache coherency support via MCUX cache API

Select HAS_PM for RTS5912, this SoC supports PM and there's some
"default y" entries for it, resulting in a combination where PM is
selected and cannot be unselected.

The i2c_rts5912_recover_bus kicks in after an i2c transfer error to
recover the bus and uses the i2c pins in gpio mode. This MCU allows
using pins in a 3.3V domain at 1.8V by setting compatible input
thresholds, the problem though is that then if the pin is set to
push-pull output it's going to drive back up to 3.3V.
Avoid that by setting the pin as open drain before setting it as output.

Adds a generic 'channels' property to the base PWM controller
binding. This allows generic subsystems to dynamically query the
number of supported channels at compile time via devicetree macros,
removing the need for hardcoded channel limits.
This also removes redundant 'channels' type and description definitions
from specific device bindings, migrating them to inherit from the base.

Changes the recently added
``CONFIG_FLASH_CODE_PARTITION_ADDRESS_INVALID`` Kconfig to
``CONFIG_FLASH_CODE_PARTITION_USING_FIXED_PARTITIONS`` which
indicates when a ``zephyr,code-partition`` chosen node has not
been updated to use the ``zephyr,mapped-partition`` binding.
This new binding substantially improves ease of build system and
partition library code as it has been designed specifically for
memory-mapped devices rather than using the Linux kernel's
``fixed-partitions`` binding, which was designed around devices
that are not memory mapped

moved over to the zephyr.mapped-partition binding

the new zephyr,mapped-partitions binding instead in which the
