This commit drops the `IRAM_ATTR` macro from the function declarations
because:
1. `IRAM_ATTR` macro makes use of the `__COUNTER__` preprocessor macro,
which increments for every macro invocation and causes the section
specified in the forward declaration to not match that of the
function definition.
2. Section attributes need not be specified for forward declarations.

Commit b91d21d32c added the possibility to define MPU regions from the
device tree, however commit c276088567 removed that possibility for H7
SoC, as it now uses a SoC specific definition of the MPU regions without
the DT-defined regions (probably because the two PRs got developped in
parallel).
Fix that by adding the macro which adds the DT-defined regions to the
STM32H7 specific file.

which will also work on Mesh 1.0 devices. The models

This commit adds the following new thread stack declaration macros that
replace the now-deprecated thread stack "extern" macros:
K_KERNEL_STACK_DECLARE
* replaces K_KERNEL_STACK_EXTERN.
* accepts a stack size parameter.
K_KERNEL_STACK_ARRAY_DECLARE.
* replaces K_KERNEL_STACK_ARRAY_EXTERN.
K_KERNEL_PINNED_STACK_ARRAY_DECLARE.
* replaces K_KERNEL_PINNED_STACK_ARRAY_EXTERN.
K_THREAD_STACK_DECLARE
* replaces K_THREAD_STACK_EXTERN.
* accepts a stack size parameter.
K_THREAD_STACK_ARRAY_DECLARE
* replaces K_THREAD_STACK_ARRAY_EXTERN.
The term "declare" has been chosen in place of "extern" in order to
align with the existing terminology used throughout the kernel code.
Note that the K_{KERNEL,THREAD}_STACK_DECLARE macro accepts a new stack
size parameter so that the `sizeof` operator can be used with the
external stack symbols declared using it.

With the current clang-format rules, we have that multi-line macros that
contain empty lines (usual in driver definition macros) are formatted
with spaces only, no leading tabs. For example:
```c
#define MYDRIVER_DEFINE(i) \
struct mydriver_data data##i; \
\ /* starts with spaces */
struct mydriver_config config##i; \
...
```
This patch makes checkpatch ignore such cases, so that clang-format can
be used in tree while keeping checkpatch happy.
