Created the file lwm2m_registry.c to include the
getters and setters of values and the creation
and deletion of all lwm2m objects, resources
and instances. Refactored the registry part
of lwm2m_engine.h into lwm2m_registry.h.

We need more time to run codes because of the performance,
so I tune CONFIG_SYS_CLOCK_TICKS_PER_SEC down to reduce
the times of running k_usleep(1), then it can pass test_usleep().
Verified by follow test pattern:
west build -p always -b it8xxx2_evb tests/kernel/sleep

The check is not needed anymore, as the EATT channels are available on
encrypted link only.

Core Vol 3, Part G, Section 5.3.2 Channel Requirements states that
"The channel shall be encrypted". It does not mention any additional
security requirements that can be specified bt higher layer profiles.
This enables link encryption requirement for EATT channel.

Fix indentations of `adc_stm32_oversampling` function comments

This mirrors #36499 and other PRs that added them for other
architectures.
This silences a large number of dtc warnings due to the missing
property. It seems reasonable to require an address-cells property since
any interrupt controller could be the parent of an interrupt-map.
The only device actually using interrupt-maps is neorv32, and it needs
an address-cells of 2 (since this is the default if none is specified it
worked like that before this change).
While I touched this, I reordered the properties for consistency across
boards, but there's a lot of variance here already.

Add an assume API which works like JUnit's. Assumptions can be made
at any point before your test returns (setup, before, and during the
test). If an assumption fails, the test will be marked as skipped.
This helps avoid a cascading affect of failed tests when a base
feature breaks. The feature is expected to have tests and the tests
which depend on it should be skipped (not failed) if that feature
is broken.

Running the testcase dac loopback on the nucleo_g071rb
target board.
The ADC1 in0 on PA0 (pin A0), the DAC1 out1 on PA4 (pin A2)
must be connected on the HW.

According to the ES0418 about the ADC of the stm32G071
or other stm32g0x devices:
for sampling time set to 1.5 or 3.5 cycles,
the sampling in a single ADC conversion or in the first
conversion of a sequence takes one extra cycle.
Minimizing to 7.5 is fine.
