The elf_parser library now generates a dot file with device dependencies
that can be later rendered using Graphviz. Each node in the diagram
contains the device label (taken from DT node). In some cases the label
property can be None, leading to build failures like:
```
line 273, in device_dependency_graph
text = '{:s}\\nOrdinal: {:d} | Handle: {:d}\\n{:s}'.format(
TypeError: unsupported format string passed to NoneType.__format__
```
This patch switches to node name instead, which will always be set to
some value. This value is actually what devices get now as a name if
they do not have a label set.

This is temporary until support has been enabled. lpc55s36's IAP controller
is different and does not match previous implementations.
The Zephyr driver uses a data structure matching the IAP controller to
implement a feature that should normally come out of the ROM.
Since IAP support is not in yet, disabling the option in the SoC's Kconfig
and disabling the node in the device tree is the proper way to go forward.

For boards with an accelerometer, configure the appropriate bus
(I2C or SPI) default to be enabled if the sensor driver class was enabled.
This change makes no need to add a bunch of board-specific configuration
overlays to the application.

Now that CAN drivers are enabled based on devicetree
we need to remove any cases of them getting enabled by
Kconfig.defconfig* files as this can lead to errors.
Typically the Kconfig.defconfig* will blindly enable a
sensor and not respect the devicetree state of the CAN.
Additionally we can get problems with prj.conf/defconfig
getting incorrectly overridden.

This PR fixes the instances indexing in the driver's
initialization macros.
The use of DT_INST macros along with other node identifiers
was preventing the driver from initialize correctly in some
cases.
The driver requires the signal mux number value. Hence the need
to use the SoC's peripheral number information and DT_NODELABEL
macro for node id.

net_if_up() unconditionally calls iface_ipv6_start() and

not support IPv4/v6.
This patch therefore introduces a check on the interface's flags before
proceeding.

This change makes the files which are part of this changeset comply to
the project's coding style rules as defined in .clang-format.
This required addition of some forward declarations and additional
dependencies into header files as some of them depended on the order of
header inclusion which was changed due to alphabetical ordering of
includes.
Background: .clang-format states "SortIncludes:true" which will force
re-ording of include-statements which in turn might break the build if
header file inclusion is not order-independent.

6LoWPAN fragmentation is not related to IEEE 802.15.4 proper but is just
part of its IPv6-specific L3-adaptation layer. To make this more obvious
we rename all resources related to 6LoWPAN fragmentation.

This change decouples the IEEE 802.15.4 (L2) layer from all IPv6 (L3)
concerns.
Applications may now choose to set CONFIG_NET_6LO=n and
CONFIG_NET_L2_IEEE802154=y at the same time.
Setting CONFIG_NET_6LO=n will build a vanilla IEEE 802.15.4-2006 specs
compliant L2 layer without any reference to 6LoWPAN or IPv6. This allows
application developers to design custom non-IP protocols on top of
IEEE 802.15.4-2006 and thereby makes the L2 layer much more re-usable.
