Add properties for describing RX and TX fifo sizes.
Also reformat some descriptions and fix the description of the
transfer-delay property which was incorrect. Since zephyr spi bufs are
not continuous, every possible Zephyr LPSPI driver must use
continuous transfer mode, for which the meaning of this delay has
nothing to do with the chip select.

These properties should eventually be removed from this binding as they
have been introduced to control soc specific clock trees and don't
correlate to anything in the IP, but for now just make them not required
and remove them from DT for SOCs that don't even use them.

Update the devicetree binding for the nxp,kinetis-acmp comparator and
move the binding to dts/bindings/comparator.
The update to the binding includes:
- Remove unused io-channel-cells property
- Remove unused sensor-device include
- Adding missing properties dac config, discrete mode config, and
input configs.
- Rename properties to exclude redundant vendor prefix since props in
this binding are not inhereted, and as such, don't need to be
namespaced.
- Deprecate the old names of the renamed properties
The sensor based device driver has been updated to support both the
deprecated and new property names. This allows it to use both
nxp,enable-sample and filter-enable-sample for example.
Additionally, remove the unused io-channel-cells properties from
in-tree nodes of compatible = "nxp,kinetis-acmp"

Devicetree Binding area, this area serves no real purpose.
Move the include/dt-bindings files to their respective areas.
Fix some of the orphaned dts/bindings paths.
Add regex filter for any binding with "zephyr" in the name to be

Fix the imx_spc.h file being in it's own pm/ folder instead of
power/ like the other power related headers.

Add support for configuration of the ARM PLL on the iMXRT1170/1160

an integer pll. Provide default configurations for the RT1160 and RT1170
targeting 600MHz and 1GHz respectively.

binding scheme, which is used by the new driver.

and remove from the documentation the bit about the experimental
nature of the new driver and the overlay that shall no longer exist.
Some of the boards I do not have the hardware of, so apologies
if something breaks, as I have no way to know. All the boards
were made sure to at least build.

Add support for reclocking the FlexSPI on NXP iMX RT10XX. This
functionality requires an SOC specific clock function to set
the clock rate, since the FlexSPI must be reset directly
before applying the new clock frequency.
Note that all clock constants are defined in this commit, since the
memc flexspi driver now depends on a clock node being present.

Use a new property, "clock-mux" to select the clock mux for the SAI.
Previously, the clock mux was being selected using the "bits" specifier
of the "clocks" phandle property, which is not the purpose of this
specifier. This can be shown by the regression introduced by 5bebbb91,
which changed the "bits" field to the clock gate shift (which is the
intended meaning).
This incidently worked for the SAI1 and SAI3 peripherals, as the lower 2
bits of the correct clock source selection (0b10) are the same as the new
value placed in the "bit" specifier. For SAI2, the clock source was
switched to PLL3 PDF0 by this change.
To resolve this, use an explict "clock-mux" property for this selection.

specified in Time Quanta (TQ) to make it clear that these, if present, are

for both arbitration and data phase timing as these are now only used in
combination with the other TQ-based CAN timing properties, which are all

introduces one more dt property to describe an offset
