This commit fixes a memory leak happening when both gPTP and VLAN are
enabled.
It also moves the get_iface function up in the file so it is accessible
earlier without a redundant function declaration.

This adds packet timestamping support to the GMAC driver.
It is based on the eth_native_posix and eth_mcux drivers.

The pointers to pkt->frags->data are changed after transmitting.
Other layers (e.g. the gPTP drivers) assume that these will remain
unchanged. This patch adds a workaround for that issue and restores the
original pointers.

This commit adds the get_config callback to the fake driver and makes
use of it to get the number of priority queues. That number is in turn
used in Qav tests.

This makes use of the get_config callback added to the Ethernet API.
For now the only parameter to get is the number of available priority
queues.

before. This might proove to be beneficial when there are many network

dhcpv4 ROM consumption is now 2132 bytes vs 4224 (many switches removed)

Bad function calls caused assertion errors in previous implementation.
This change introduces fixes to prevent those errors. In addition
nrfx_wdt_init function is moved to init function calling at the start of
zephyr.
There are additional changes. -EINVAL value is returning in install
function when watchdog timeout value is invalid (less or equal minimum
or greater than value supported by watchdog peripheral in Nordic's SoCs.
Additionaly condition to chech if low frequency clock is enabled was
removed. Watchdog peripheral requests LFCLK in hardware.

Add infrastructure for switching production documentation to use the
cleaner read_the_docs theme as noted in issue #6774. This change won't
affect the current "daily" or "release" builds but will change local
builds that previously also used the RTD theme, but now have the version
selection capability added.
This PR also adds the Zephyr logo and favicon to the RTD-themed docs,
and moves the top level images into an images/ folder.
Note that issue #9128 requires workaround.rst to force a reference to
files needed for the build but not directly referened in a .rst file.
(When #9128 is fixed, we can remove this workaround.rst.)
Once merged and tested, we'll tweak the conf.py to use the RTD theme
for all doc builds (e.g, when DOC_TAG=daily or release) in a subsequent
PR.

This commit adds TLS support to socket echo_client/echo_server samples.
Credentials used are the same as in the non-socket versions of these
samples, therefore they can be easily tested with net-tools utils.
Maximum payload size for the client was sligtly reduced to fit the
encrypted data within 1280 bytes.

Add write only TLS secure option to set peer verification level for
TLS connection.
This option accepts an integer with a peer verification
level, compatible with mbedtls values (0 - none, 1 - optional, 2 -
required.
By default, socket mimics mebdTLS behavior - (none for server, required
for client).

Add TLS secure socket option that enables to narrow list of ciphersuites
available for TLS connection.
This option accepts an array of integers with IANA assigned ciphersuite
identifiers and returns such.
By default, every statically configured ciphersuite is available for a
socket and getsockopt returns an array of these.

Add write-only TLS secure socket option to set hostname.
This option accepts a string containing the hostname. May be NULL, to
disable hostname verification.
By default, an empty string is set as a hostname for TLS clients,
to enforce hostname verification in mbedTLS.

Add TLS credential management subsystem that enables to register TLS
credentials in the system. Once specific credentials are registered in
the system, they will be available for TLS secure sockets to use.
To use a TLS credential with a socket, the following steps have to be
taken:
1. TLS credential has to be registered in a system-wide pool, using the
API provided in "net/tls_credentials.h" header file.
2. TLS credential (and other TLS parameters) should be set on a socket
using setsockopt().
Note, that there is no need to repeat step 1 for different sockets using
the same credentials. Once TLS credential is registered in the system,
it can be used with mulitple sockets, as long as it's not deleted.

This patch changes the way the transmitter is handled in the UART
driver, so that it is activated only when there is something to send.
The current UART API does not allow to disable RX completely, since
the poll_in function description implies that UART must continuously
listen. To provide a way of disabling the entire UART and lowering the
current consumption, this patch adds the power management to the UART
driver. When instructed to enter any of the power saving states,
the driver will disable the UART, and it will enable the UART back
when it is switched again to the active state.

- perform a wifi scan for access points on bootup (saving power);
- include hard-coded SSID/passwords in the wifi application.
- include the wifi shell in the wifi application.
- rely on more complex provisioning methods;
