After receiving FIN, the TCP stack will send a FIN and start
a timer to track the reception of the associated ACK. In case this
ACK is never received then the context will be released
without calling the associated received callback which leads to
upper layers not being informed that the connection was closed.
This issue was observed when using sockets, the effect is
that in this case the socket would never be closed and stay
in limbo forever.

The WNC-M14A2A modem is supposed to use HW flow control on the UART
connected to the MCU. In the past, we were able to bypass this
requirement by using only the LTE-M firmware which supported pulling
the CTS line high via "send-ok" gpio.
This does NOT work for the LTE firmware.
Now that MCUX UART driver supports hw-flow-control setting, let's use
it in the modem overlay so that regardless of modem firmware
(LTE vs. LTE-M) the sample will "just work".

Now that a hw-flow-control DTS binding has been added for MCUX uart,
let's check for the DT_ define and enable support in the MCUX HAL
layer.

Support for HW flow control was recently enabled in the NXP MCUX
HAL layer. Let's add a DTS binding definition for "hw-flow-control".
The MCUX uart driver shim can use this to enable HW flow control.

The relationship between lwm2m_engine_context and lwm2m_message
has always been a tenuous one. Let's merge the 2 structures
into lwm2m_message and remove all of the extra stack variables.
This change increases SRAM usage slightly due to the
addition of the context structures to the multiple lwm2m_messages.
However, the way lwm2m_engine_context was being used off the stack
was probably creating hard to debug issues in the longterm.
Also, having all of the structures in 1 place makes sharing them
much easier later.

CONFIG_NET_CONTEXT_NET_PKT_POOL is used by Zephyr's TCP stack as
a way of keeping the original packet data when compression and
other l2 specific actions make the data unusable for retries.
LwM2M uses UDP and this option was never used.

When building with older versions of the toolchain we need to use gcov
from the same tool set, otherwise data formar might not be compatible.
Added an option to point to the gcov tool from the same toolchain used
to build the code. By default the host gcov is used.

The app shared memory macros for declaring domains provide
no value, despite the stated intentions.
Just declare memory domains using the standard APIs for it.
To support this, symbols declared for app shared memory
partitions now are struct k_mem_partition, which can be
passed to the k_mem_domain APIs as normal, instead of the
app_region structs which are of no interest to the end
user.

When this syntax is used for the type definition:
hex "TEXT section offset"
Kconfig expect the user to enter the value for TEXT_SECTION_OFFSET and
the defaut value for BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT is not used. Changing the syntax
to this:
hex
prompt "TEXT section offset" if !BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT
will tell Kconfig that TEXT_SECTION_OFFSET will not be set by the user
when BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT is set and then Kconfig will use the default
value.
