Add a test to run the USB Video Class host support by using
the existing Zephyr USB Video Class device support.
This allows running implementing the host side from the device side.
A draft implementation of UVC is added leveraging this test.

Fixes:
* If a sample is only meant for one platform, we need to use
platform_allow to filter it to only be built for that platform.
Using integration_platforms only limits when its built when twister
is called with --integration (for ex. in PRs CI).
Remove unnecessary SOC filter after limiting what it is built on.
* Each separate sample.yaml defines a fully separate sample from
twister's point of view. Sysbuild child images folders should not
have a separate sample.yaml, but just be built by the parent sample
sysbuild cmake code.
(Also, the filters in those images were off, and twister was trying
to build them for too many platforms).

The udc_submit_ep_event() does not document this requirement, but the
`net_buf` provided to it must have been removed from the driver's
internal queue before submission. This wasn't noticed because the list
node member of `net_buf` was untouched, but is now causing list corruption
due to 5137439a47 when multiple packets are
enqueued.
Fix by always dequeuing buffers before submitting them to the UDC stack.

NVS ATE validation currently relies on CRC8 and coarse boundary checks
against the sector size. Because CRC8 has a non-negligible collision
probability (1/256), a corrupted ATE may occasionally pass CRC
verification while still containing invalid offset or length fields.
Instead of only validating that the referenced data fits within the
sector, this change additionally verifies that the end of the data
region (offset + len) does not exceed the physical position of the ATE
itself.
Due to the append-only write order of NVS, data is always written before
its corresponding ATE. Therefore, any ATE referencing data beyond its
own location is structurally invalid and must be rejected.
This tighter consistency check significantly reduces the likelihood of
accepting corrupted ATEs without introducing additional flash reads or
changing the on-flash format.

kept in analog mode."

The e1000 Ethernet driver TX staging buffer is sized to NET_ETH_MTU
(1500 bytes), but the Ethernet L2 layer prepends headers (14 bytes
standard, 18 bytes with VLAN) before calling the driver's send function.
When transmitting MTU-sized packets, net_pkt_get_len() returns the full
L2 frame size (up to 1514+ bytes), causing a 14-18 byte out-of-bounds
write into adjacent RX buffers. This is remotely triggerable by inducing
large TX responses such as ICMP echo replies.
The RX staging buffer has the same issue - it is sized to NET_ETH_MTU
but receives complete L2 frames from the network which include headers.
Fix by sizing both TX and RX buffers to NET_ETH_MAX_FRAME_SIZE and
adding a defensive bounds check to the TX path.

the ATaes132a crypto driver:
- CID 434625: Added range validation for 'count' to prevent tainted
scalar usage and buffer underflow in response processing.
- CID 487700 & 487763: Implemented overflow guards for 'buf_len' to
prevent integer overflow and type truncation when calling

- CID 487746: Applied explicit type casting to CRC calculations to
