add initial version of devicetree for amebaG2 SOC.
amebaG2 devicetree file is main platform dtsi file, which should
be included from board dts (e.g rtl8721f_evb.dts)

Board `disco_l475_iot1` is mentioned by the sample's README in plain text;
replace with the zephyr:board role which looks prettier and links to the
actual board's documentation.

As some boards were updated to use `zephyr:board` instead of a mere marker,
old `:ref:` references have become invalid in some shields' documentation.
Fix it by using `:zephyr:board:` in these shields' docs.

Replace legacy hand-mantained tables with the new directive that generates
a table automatically based on platform device tree. While at it, in some
boards, the existing "markers" have been replaced with the zephyr:board
role as it is required for proper operation of zephyr:board-supported-hw.

Introduces new Doxygen aliases to standardize the documentation of driver
backend APIs (operations).
This adds:
- `def_driverbackendgroup`: To define the backend API group.
- `driver_ops`: To describe the main driver structure.
- `driver_ops_mandatory` / `driver_ops_optional`: To add visual
"REQ" (Required) and "OPT" (Optional) badges to struct members.
These visual cues help device driver developers quickly identify which API
pointers must be implemented versus those that are optional.

Correct GET_EDMA_CHANNEL_SHARED_IRQ_MASK_WIDTH to handle cases
where DMA channel count is ≤ 32. The previous implementation used
integer division by 32, returning 0 for counts < 32, which caused
issues in dma_mcux_edma_multi_channels_irq_handler().
New logic:
- Return 1 for ≤ 32 channels (one uint32_t mask)
- Return dma_channels / 32 for > 32 channels
Ensures proper mask width calculation for all supported channel

The mcxw driver was parsing Thread Vendor-Specific ACK Probing IE
with hardcoded token positions, assuming LQI at offset 6, Link
Margin at offset 7, and RSSI at offset 8. This failed when tokens
were in a different order or when fewer than 3 metrics were present.
Parse the IE length field and iterate through all tokens, matching
them by value (0x01=RSSI, 0x02=Link Margin, 0x03=LQI) instead of
position. This supports 1-2 metrics in any order as per Thread 1.2.
