For wifi embedded supplicant, use params->sae_password and
params->sae_password_length for SAE/SAE-H2E/SAE-AUTO in nxp_wifi_connect
and nxp_wifi_start_ap, as psk is NUll and psk_length is 0.
This resolves WPA3-SAE auth failures.

The static global UUID variable in the GATT shell module was shared across
all concurrent discover and read-by-uuid operations, creating a potential
race condition where one operation could overwrite the UUID before another
completed. Move UUID storage into the per-operation gatt_op_context
structure to isolate UUID state for each operation. This enables safe
concurrent operations without data corruption.

Add support for retrieving heap stats for the malloc heap in the common
libc malloc implementation. This provides the ability to see free and
used bytes using the same structure as the kernel heap.
Without this there is no method to retrieve the malloc heap usage as the
relevant sys_heap structure is private.

Adds a naming system for samples and tests, this is picked to avoid
conflicts with external modules, e.g. a sample using ``LOCK`` might
conflict with a Kconfig that an external module has with the same
name, whereas ``SAMPLE_LOCK`` clearly separates it into being for an
application

boolean_strict_init.cocci would find false positive when a compilation
unit would contain a boolean variable "x" somewhere, and, in a different
scope, another variable "x" of e.g. int type that was assigned a 0 or 1.
See for example drivers/sensor/adi/adxl367/adxl367_stream.c:97 where
fifo_wmark_irq is declared as an int in the scope of the function but
as a bool in adxl367_process_status_cb.
This also adds the patching part to the script so that violations can be
fixed automatically.

for checking the first two chars of a string
we don't need to get the full lenght, we can simply
just check the 2 chars, especially as we already check
the first one already.
in `fs_opendir` we only need to check the first char.

The SK-AM62 and SK-AM62B-P1 board variants both use the AM6254
SoC, not AM6234. Update board configuration to reference the
correct SoC variant.
This changes the board identifiers from sk_am62/am6234/* to
sk_am62/am6254/* for both M4 and A53 cores.
Documentation updated to mention both board variants:
- SK-AM62 (base variant)
- SK-AM62B-P1 (variant with integrated PMIC)

The friendly name buffer sizes used the URI length, but since
the friendly name is specifically not an URI that did not make
sense. Added a new Kconfig option to configure the maximum
supported friendly name, which is shared between both TBS
and the TBS client, similar to the other max Kconfig options.

Add documentation to the defines and API function types. The missing return
types were checked by comparing the corresponding settings_*()
documentation to a few driver implementations. In some cases the return
value of the API functions were not checked by the subsystem code. Most
notably in the case of csi_save_start() and csi_save_end() the return
values are never checked by the settings subsystem code. In those two cases
the documented return value follow the most common usage pattern. When
loading subtrees the return value of csi_load() is also not checked, but
the intended usage can be guessed from other call sites.
Ran clang-format on the file as newly added changes were not formatted
correctly.
