This commit removes the "Conflict Finder" workflow, which is no longer
used (see #26613) and is unnecessary because GitHub is capable of
handling merge conflicts on its own and there are other workflows to
warn about stale pull requests.

Change Summary:
- Updating GPIO_CFG_IRQ define to enable multiple interrupts to
accomodate for IP configuration where each pin when interrupted
can trigger CPU interrupt.
- Removing gpio_dw_unmask_int define as it is NO OP

Add missing support for the triggered mode using GPIO
interrupt alert pin. It uses mode detection at runtime
which allows working multiple sensors with different
modes simultaneously.

Migrate the testsuite tests/boards/intel_adsp/smoke to the new
ztest API.
Also splitting them into 2 test suites can be run independently.
But the boot test has a strict order so we changed the name of
the test cases to keep them running in a specified order.

This page is out of date now that we have blobs infrastructure managed
by west blobs. We need to tell users that they are on their own when
it comes to building applications that require blobs if they aren't
using west.

From a user perspective, it doesn't really matter that west blobs is
an extension. And again from a user perspective, the fact that the
command is called "blobs" is much more important than knowing that
it's an extension. Similarly, the fact that we host it in zephyr and
why isn't super relevant.
Re-work the docs so that we refer to the command as "west blobs"
instead of "a/the west extension" or "west", for ease of reading.

Make some no-op log messages require 'west -v blobs ...'.
The current implementation won't scale as the number of blobs goes up.

Without this patch, "west blobs -h" says:
{list,fetch,clean} Select the sub-command to execute. Sub-commands
available: - list: list binary blobs - fetch: fetch and store binary
blobs - clean: remove fetched binary blobs
With this patch:
{list,fetch,clean} sub-command to execute

esp32 platforms can overflow their dram0_1_seg so add that section name
to the overflow check in twister. We were seeing this with the
samples/arch/smp/pi/sample.smp.pi test and would get:
zephyr_pre0.elf section `noinit' will not fit in region `dram0_1_seg'
region `dram0_1_seg' overflowed by 17456 bytes

Many device pointers are initialized at compile and never changed. This
means that the device pointer can be constified (immutable).
Automated using:
```
perl -i -pe 's/const struct device \*(?!const)(.*)= DEVICE/const struct
device *const $1= DEVICE/g' **/*.c
```

When no hardware device is available, set WDT_NODE to DT_INVALID_NODE.
Also switch to a single initializer using DEVICE_DT_GET_OR_NULL so that
we can constify the pointer.
