Increase the Controller supported Advertising Data Length
Maximum so that Advertising Data set by Broadcast Audio
Source sample is accepted by the controller.
Also, tune down the supported ISO Tx PDU size to suffice the
Broadcast Audio Source usecase.

If the mtrace buffer gets full, the entries are dropped. This
is however not reflected in the "bytes_written" argument passed
to the hook function used to notify of new data in the buffer.
This behaviour becomes problematic in the case there is no
active consumer of the mtrace logs. To allow the client that has
registered the hook function, to act correctly in this case,
the bytes_written should reflect the actual bytes that have been
added to buffer.

Adds information to the release notes on mcumgr supporting tick usage
in the taskstat response

Adds the runtime tick count of threads to mcumgr's taskstat response,
if CONFIG_SCHED_THREAD_USAGE is enabled, which reports the number of
execution cycles that each thread has been running for.

Adds information to the release notes about the Kconfig option
CONFIG_OS_MGMT_TASKSTAT_SIGNED_PRIORITY now being enabled by default
which reports signed thread priorities when the taskstat mcumgr
command is used
Signed-off-by: Jamie McCrae <jamie.mccrae@nordicsemi.no>
By default, thread priorities in mcumgr task stat responses are
unsigned, whilst in zephyr, thread priorities are signed. This means
that clients get obscenely large numbers for priorities that make no
sense. The fork of mcumgr has been in zephyr long enough now that
this should be changed to use signed thread priorities by default
instead of sticking with the old mcumgr default.

... and tests are built with no optimizations. The standard size may
not be sufficient in such circumstances.
Commit 4b1103547c addressed the same
issue in a single test and used a higher value (1024) that turns out
to be not necessary, so revert also that change to make the cleanup
easier when the workaround will no longer be needed.

The commit removes declarations of:
zephyr_smp_rx_req, zephyr_smp_alloc_rsp, zephyr_smp_free_buf
from include/zephyr/mgmt/mcumgr/smp.h, as these are MCUMgr internal
functions used in SMP processing and should be not exposed
from header file that provides interface for SMP transports.
The declarations have been moved to smp_internal.h, which is
visible within MCUMgr.

MCO1 is also available on STM32F1 series (on top of STM32F4), allow
selection of MCO1 source with CLOCK_STM32_MCO1_SRC_* Kconfig parameters.
Available MCO1 sources are slightly different between STM32F4
(LSE, HSE, HSI, PLLCLK) and STM32F103 (HSE, HSI, PLLCLK/2, SYSCLK), and
STM32F105/F107 have a few more (EXT_HSE, PLL2CLK, PLLI2SCLK, PLLI2SCLK/2).
MCO1 on STM32F1 does not have a configurable divider (unlike STM32F4),
HAL call only configures source.
STM32F1 do not have MCO2.

Use the clock control API to turn on ADC clocks. Note that clock

This patch adds a clock control driver for GD32 platforms. It is
important to note that the driver is only able to handle peripheral
clocks, but not "system clocks" (e.g. PLL settings, SYS_CK, etc.). On
some similar platforms (STM32) this task is embedded in the same clock
driver, performed at init time but with no options to do any
manipulation at runtime via the API calls. The clock control API as-is
is really orthogonal to "system clocks", and it is arguably a bad idea
to embed system clock init code in a clock control driver. It can be
done at SoC level still using Devicetree as a source of hardware
description/initial configuration.
