move gpio.h to drivers/gpio.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.
No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.

Used the following commands to make these conversions:

Add support to STM LIS2DW12 3-axis accelerometer driver.
The driver support I2C and SPI bus communication and both
polling and drdy trigger mode.
