There is a check to see if it is no longer able to push more
messages into a full queue. When these is another CPU consuming
messages, the queue would not be full at that point. A new message
can be pushed into the queue and thus failing the "full queue"
check. So limit this to 1 CPU only so this check's assumption
can be fulfilled.

native_posix is now deprecated.
Building these tests in both native_sim and native_posix does not
improve coverage for the tests or subsystem but doubles CI time.
As anyhow native_posix will be removed all together in
2 releases, let's remove it already for these.

Use an explicit callback name so that multiple instances of this do not
result in a:
redefinition of '_input_callback__longpress_cb'
error. This used to work when it was using unique generated wrappers,
but now it needs an index in the callback name.
Use it in one of the API tests as well, just in case.

Add a void *user_data pointer to the input callback structure. This is
useful for driver to get back the driver data structure and avoid
defining wrapper functions.

`checkpatch.pl` requires that dts sources are indented with tabs,
fix all the spaces that slipped in while checkpatch wasn't watching.

During the hwmv1->v2 transition, overlays from a base
board were made to be shared with the variants.
So at that time all overlays for variants which were
just copies of the base overlay were removed.
After that in
https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/71149
this shared/merged overlay behaviour was reverted,
but not all tests were fixed.
This is one of those. Let's fix it.

For the 64 bit targets, change identifiers to the new hwmv2 ones.
And remove redundant overlays (which were equal for the 32
and 64 bit versions)

The default 512 bytes stack size is a bit tight for some architecture
and leads to samples running out of stack. Let's default to 1024 and let
the user tweak it down if necessary.

By making short inputs optional, the user can bypass short-events all
together if necessary (e.g. custom button-press listener).

Switch from native_posix to native_sim as default test platform
And switch overlays to native_sim.

Looking back at the current INPUT_LISTENER_CB_DEFINE api naming, it
feels like it's a bit overloaded. Rename it to a simpler
INPUT_CALLBACK_DEFINE.

The system still takes both prefixed and unprefixed dt-bindings files,
but let's use zephyr/ prefixed in the examples and documentation.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.
