Update the lora/sx1276 driver to the new GPIO API, using configured
active level and the replacement interrupt and active-sensitive set
APIs.

Update bluetooth hcp_spi sample to new GPIO API.
Following changes have been done:
- Use new gpio api functions
- Introduce define for dt generated gpio flags
- Update 96b_carbon_nrf51.dts according to new bindings
- Gpio IRQ pin is configured to output inactive
