Do not default FLASH_MCUX_FLEXSPI_XIP to enabled when code is not
located in flash, this will cause issues if code is executing from ITCM,
as the zephyr_code_relocate macro will relocate the flash driver code
into itcm, and overwrite the zephyr image.

Enables the mcux ethernet driver and pin muxes on the
mimxrt1024_evk board in the same way as is done on the
mimxrt1020_evk and mimxrt1050_evk.
Documentation updated accordingly.

Adds flash partitions and chosen nodes to the mimxrt1024_evk device tree
to support mcuboot on the internal QSPI flash.
Also adds missing zephyr,itcm chosen node.
Also enables FlexSPI flash driver XIP mode support on this board to
support mcuboot.

Add board support files for mimxrt1024_evk, the development board for
i.MXRT1024(CM7) SoC.
- Add pinmux, dts, doc.
- Code can be loaded to SRAM.
- Tested samples: hello_world, philosophers, synchronization,
basic/blinky, and basic/button.
