This adds a primitive board configuration for the UP Squared board
containing Apollo Lake based Pentinum and Celeron SoC. This has
been tested on model UPS-APLP4-A10-0432.
This starts from the minnowboard configuration, and document
from galileo.

This extends the build_grub.sh script so that it can build 64-bit
Grub UEFI application, and thus enabling us to boot on systems
with 64-bit BIOS.
Also updated the script to checkout the tag grub-2.02 since
v2.02 has been out.

The test app creates two network interfaces, one for simulating
local device and the other one for peer device. Make sure that
the tests use correct network interface in each test. We cannot
guarantee that net_if_get_default() will always return correct
interface in different architectures as that depends how the
net_if structs are placed in corresponding linker section.

During transfer of object data via OMA TLV format, we can
encounter resources which are optional or not handled in base
LwM2M engine. When these resources cannot be handled let's
read past them and continue on.

Don't use hard-coded value of 4 for passing the # of options to
coap_find_options() in handle_request(). This can easily get
out of sync.

LwM2M engine now supports optional resources that may need to be
setup or torn down in user-based code during object instance
creation / deletion.
Let's provide callbacks that can be used for this purpose.

Initial implementation of poll() was more of a proof of concept, so
was coded with a single-thread application in mind. As we move to
sockets as the main networking API, make it possible to use poll()
from different threads.

When the CC2520-specific configs are removed from the prj.conf
file, the sample can be built for hardware that supports
802.15.4 natively w/o any changes to the prj.conf like so:
cmake -DBOARD=nrf52840_pca10056 ..
cmake -DBOARD=usb_kw24d512 ..
The CC2520-specific settings now live in overlay-cc2520.conf
which can be used like so when building for devices that can
use it:
cmake -DBOARD=quark_se_c1000_devboard \
-DOVERLAY_CONFIG=overlay-cc2520.conf ..
Later, support for other optional HW like CC1200 and MCR20A
can be added in a similar way.

When using Ninja, output will be buffered until the command completes
unless USES_TERMINAL is used. Use USES_TERMINAL here so that output is
sent directly to the terminal without having to wait. This is a bit of
an abuse of the Ninja console pool, but for building documentation this
should not be an issue since it's a self-contained CMake project.
Note that this is done conditionally, only when Sphinx output is not
disabled by using its "-q" flag.

The CONFIG_UART_NS16550_PORT_1_PCI was accidentally removed in
commit 26b474c987. So adds it back.
This allows PCI driver to probe the resources for port 1.

A condition can be but on a prompt to make a symbol conditionally
user-assignable (visible).
Kconfig note:
'default's don't care whether the symbol is visible (has a prompt with a
satisfied condition) or not. 'if'/'depends on' just puts the same
condition on all the properties, disabling both the defaults and the
prompt at the same time. That might make it look like they're connected.

This commit forces arm_mpu_init() to use the provided API
functions to enable and disable the MPU. Besides the clean-up
the commit enforces the MPU driver to use data and instruction
synchronization barriers every time the MPU is enabled. This
is aligned with the programming recommendations by ARM.

We utilize defines like -ESHUTDOWN in the network stack. To support
this errno value with newlib we need to enable
__LINUX_ERRNO_EXTENSIONS__.

__LINUX_ERRNO_EXTENSIONS__ gets defined in HAL/inc/sys/alt_errno.h,
however we also need to define this if we are building with newlib. So
add a simple ifdef guard to only define __LINUX_ERRNO_EXTENSIONS__ if
its not defined already.
