05434d1bb6 tests: power: multicore: Fix the idle synchronization issue
On Quark SE, to enter the Low Power Sensing Standby(LPSS) State,
ARC can enter the Deep Sleep state (LPSS bit enable + SS2) and
wait for the Lakemont core to enter C2 or C2LP state.

To achieve LPSS, ARC core enters the Deep Sleep state much before
the Lakemont core enters the C2 or C2LP state and waits for the
LPSS entry.

Also fixed the Deep Sleep state entry according to the Quark SE C100
documentation.

fe48f743f3 arch: arc: Fix Deep Sleep hang issue on Quark SE(ARC)
Fixed the RTC interrupt masking issue on Deep Sleep entry by
explicitly unmasking it on Deep Sleep exit sequence.

Re-oredered the SoC power states such that SYS_POWER_STATE_CPU_LPS is
the lowest possible Low Power State(LPS) and SYS_POWER_STATE_CPU_LPS_2
is the highest possible Low Power State(LPS). This is need to maintain
the LPS state consistency across different architectures.

Also re-mapped the Low Power States and Deep Sleep States as per
Quark SE C1000 data sheet document under Power Management section.

e182dbc22e doc: cmake: Enable out-of-tree builds
The following changes have been made to support out-of-tree builds:

* In order to avoid using relative hardcoded paths, use CMake's
configure_file() to replace the paths in the doxygen input file
so that the output directory is set correctly.
* All .rst and additional required files are now copied from the doc/
folder into the build/rst folder using extract_content.py. The
samples/ and boards/ folder are copied twice (once into build/rst
and another into build/doc/rst) to manage relative paths.
* All paths are absolute where possible, including themes and static
  content.

This patch ensures that the Zephyr repo is not contaminated by the
build at all.

40f743669b net: eth: Convert to use callbacks to query stats
The advantage to this approach allows drivers for
devices that already keep statistics data on hardware
registers to use those instead, rather than try to
replicate it the same counters again within the driver
itself.

The eth_native_posix.c driver though do not benefit
from this, is modified to use the new callback system.

15d847add8 native: Add NATIVE_EXIT_TASK hooks
Some of the native application components or drivers need to

42f51ef08d drivers: wifi: winc1500: Use offload_context instead of user_data.
The wifi_winc1500 driver's socket id is stored in
net_context->user_data, which may be overwritten later at

field to store socket flags.

This patch introduces a dedicated offload_context field
