Add driver support for xlnx SD/EMMC host controller. The driver
currently support SD host controller version 3.0 and EMMC host
controller version 5.1. This driver functions with the SDHC subsystem to
perform operations on device.
Driver support both interrupt and polled mode data transfer. Uses ADMA2
to perform data transfer.

The imx USDHC driver previously queried the peripheral's internal card
detect signal to check card presence if no card detect method was
configured. However, some boards do not route the card detect signal and
do not work correctly with the DAT3 detection method supported by this
peripheral. As a fallback, assume the card is present in the slot but
log a warning to the user.

Enable SPI SDHC driver to manage card power via pwr-gpios property.
Control for this property was previously partially implemented. When
this property is present, the SPI SDHC driver will use it to control
power to the SD card.
Power is toggled during SD init, so this power control can make SD init
more reliable as the power toggle will insure the SD card state is reset.

Make it possible to use CPOL/CPHA SPI clock modes with the SDHC driver.
Some cards require the clock to switch to low when not active.

Add support for configuring power on delay when using SPI SDHC. This
allows cards that reliably initialize with a shorter (1ms) delay to
avoid the long initialize delay otherwise imposed.

The sdhc-spi-slot requies an spi bus, but sd nodes (like sdmmc-disk)
cannot be added to it without a warning because it does not declare an
sd bus.

DTS property attributes are (by default) not required.
Explicitly specifying `required: false` is redundant.
Perhaps a warning to that effect would be useful.

Remove 'label' property from SDHC nodes. We can use variants of
DEVICE_DT_GET to get access to a device pointer for use in an
application.

Add SDHC driver implementing spi mode support for SD cards. This driver
implements the standard SD host controller APIs, and sets the host
property "is_spi" to indicate to the SD subsystem the card will be
running in SPI mode.
