Avoid build errors for platforms that do not support devicetree and
hence do not generate a Kconfig.dts.

Introduce a generated Kconfig.dts that sets a Kconfig symbol for
every compatible.
* We set DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED if the devicetree has a node with
<compat> enabled. (status is okay...)
We can then use the Kconfig symbol in driver Kconfig to determine
if the driver should be available, and thus enabled by default.

All the gpio drivers are based on devicetree and thus we always set
HAS_DTS_GPIO, thus we don't need this Kconfig option anymore. Remove
uses as its safe to assume DTS is supported for GPIO.

All the watchdog drivers are based on devicetree and we dont utilize
HAS_DTS_WDT anywhere so we can remove it.

HAS_DTS_I2C is now selected by I2C and
always used as I2C && HAS_DTS_I2C.
It could then be purely removed.

Now that all entropy drivers use DTS we can remove HAS_DTS_ENTROPY being
set everywhere as well as Kconfig ENTROPY_NAME since that is now coming
from DT_ENTROPY_NAME.

Update the files which contain no license information with the
'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are
missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance
tools to determine the correct license.
By default all files without license information are under the default
license of Zephyr, which is Apache version 2.

If we have DTS support for an entropy driver we should get the name
generated from DTS ('label' property on the entropy device node).

Every board that uses dts-enabled spi drivers has a board-level dts, so
there is no need to have separate configs HAS_DTS_SPI_PINS and
HAS_DTS_SPI.

Bool symbols implicitly default to 'n'.
A 'default n' can make sense e.g. in a Kconfig.defconfig file, if you
want to override a 'default y' on the base definition of the symbol. It
isn't used like that on any of these symbols though.

Add a set of Kconfig symbols that allow us to set that the GPIO
driver/SoC support DTS (HAS_DTS_GPIO) and that drivers that need/use
GPIO support DTS as well (HAS_DTS_GPIO_DEVICE).
