Rename this driver to eth_native_tap, including renaming all its
options.
The old options remain until v4.4, but as deprecated.

Iface name which is used by native posix ethernet driver can only be
specified at compile-time. I wanted to run two instances of the same
program on native posix but did not want to make two separate builds only
to change the iface name. I have implemented getting the iface name from
command line.

Virtual LAN logic is now done in Ethernet L2 so no need to manipulate
VLAN packets in the driver.

ssize is a POSIX.1-2001 extension, which may or may
not be provided by the C library, or may be defined
to a different size in the host and embedded C library.
Two internal functions were returning ssize.
As these functions were just trampolines
into the same host API, which are already provided
by the native simulator let's just use those.

As the automatic start requires that the zephyr exe is run as
a root user, it is somewhat cumbersome to use. Remove the script
support and require that the zeth device is created beforehand
by the net-setup.sh script found in net-tools zephyr project.

Many device pointers are initialized at compile and never changed. This
means that the device pointer can be constified (immutable).
Automated using:

If CONFIG_ETH_NATIVE_POSIX_RANDOM_MAC=n and
CONFIG_ETH_NATIVE_POSIX_MAC_ADDR="", the MAC address can be set with a
net_mgmt call before the driver is initialized.

Sleep minimum time in RX when gPTP is enabled. Typically we
receive constant stream of gPTP protocol data so no need to
wait very long in that case and cause timeouts.

Add gPTP multiport support to native_posix Ethernet driver.
This means that the driver is able to create more than one
network interface and enable gPTP to each of them. This requires
that net-tools is updated as it contains configuration file
for network interfaces in host side.

generating a random mac address, add a helper function that they all can
call so we do it one way.

By changing the various *NET_DEVICE* macros. It is up to the device
drivers to either set a proper PM function or, if not supported or PM
disabled, to use device_pm_control_nop relevantly.
All existing macro calls are updated. Since no PM support was added so
far, device_pm_control_nop is used as the default everywhere.

The current design of the network-specific stack dumping APIs
is fundamentally unsafe. You cannot properly dump stack data
without information which is only available in the thread object.
In addition, this infrastructure is unnecessary. There is already
a core shell command which dumps stack information for all
active threads.

If the Ethernet driver has VLAN enabled (only native_posix, mcux
or gmac has VLAN supported), then the iface pointer in ethernet
context should contain the main network interface. This is needed
so that the interface will get link address set to it properly.

TCP segment with several EOL TCP options causes echo server to block and
use 100% of CPU. This patch fixes that issue by using k_yield to let
also other threads to run.

Don't sleep 50ms after each received packet, sleep only when there
wasn't anything to receive. Otherwise data could get stuck for a long
time if there was more than 20 packets coming in per second. The
read() call on a TUN/TAP device returns only a single packet per call.
Also remove the call to eth_stats_update_errors_rx() because this else
clause isn't actually a receive error, we're just waiting for more
packets.

This is mainly testing purpose from native_posize ethernet
driver. Enable CONFIG_ETH_NATIVE_POSIX_VLAN_TAG_STRIP to have
VLAN tag strip feature on ethernet Rx frames.

Use the new API where relevant. Only sam_gmac is left aside for now.
This simplifies a lot the code as the caller should only care about
allocating net_pkt and its buffer once, and thus will not need to mess
with "frags" etc...

There is no need to reserve any space for each frag, as the l2 will
allocate a frag for the ethernet header, arp will do the same.
This is one step further to removing the concept of ll reserve.
