9842b062bb cpuidle: optimize out weak stub function call for !TRACING
For !TRACING, most arch_cpu_idle and arch_cpu_atomic_idle implementation
relies on the fact that there's weak stub implementations in
subsys/tracing/tracing_none.c, this works, but the arch_cpu_idle sits in
hot code path, so we'd better to make it as efficient as possible.

Take the riscv implementation for example,
Before the patch:

36170c4530 arch: *: remove check for CONFIG_SOC_PER_CORE_INIT_HOOK
soc_per_core_init_hook() is usually called from arch_kernel_init() and
arch_secondary_cpu_init() which are C functions. As such, there is no need
to check for CONFIG_SOC_PER_CORE_INIT_HOOK since platform/hooks.h provides
a no-op function-like macro implementation if the Kconfig option is not
enabled.

Remove the Kconfig option check from all files.

0211d440f4 arch: *: prep_c: remove check for CONFIG_SOC_PREP_HOOK
soc_prep_hook() is always called from z_prep_c() which is implemented
as a C function. As such, there is no need to check for the associated
CONFIG_SOC_PREP_HOOK since the platform/hooks.h header will define hooks
as no-op function-like macros if their associated Kconfig isn't enabled.

Remove the Kconfig check from all arch implementations of z_prep_c() and
call soc_prep_hook() directly instead, to avoid duplicating the Kconfig
check already performed in platform/hooks.h

5e6e3a6de3 arch: mark z_prep_c as FUNC_NORETURN

53a51b9287 kernel/arch: Move early init/boot code out of init/kernel headers
Cleanup init.c code and move early boot code into arch/ and make it
accessible outside of the boot process/kernel.

All of this code is not related to the 'kernel' and is mostly used
within the architecture boot / setup process.

The way it was done, some soc code was including kernel_internal.h
directly, which shouldn't be done.

513e6ed5d2 arch/common: Mark interrupt tables const when !DYNAMIC_INTERRUPTS
When not using dynamic interrupt mapping, various interrupt tables are
configured to be stored in read-only memory in the linker script.. Mark
them const so that the linker doesn't complain.

This affects _sw_isr_table, _irq_vector_table, and z_shared_sw_isr_table in

909ff45f0c kernel: arch: move arch_swap() declaration
Moves the arch_swap() declaration out of kernel_arch_interface.h
and into the various architectures' kernel_arch_func.h. This
permits the arch_swap() to be inlined on ARM, but extern'd on
the other architectures that still implement arch_swap().

Inlining this function on ARM has shown at least a +5% performance
boost according to the thread_metric benchmark on the disco_l475_iot1
board.

bbe5e1e6eb build: namespace the generated headers with zephyr/
Namespaced the generated headers with `zephyr` to prevent
potential conflict with other headers.

Introduce a temporary Kconfig `LEGACY_GENERATED_INCLUDE_PATH`
that is enabled by default. This allows the developers to
continue the use of the old include paths for the time being
until it is deprecated and eventually removed. The Kconfig will
generate a build-time warning message, similar to the
`CONFIG_TIMER_RANDOM_GENERATOR`.

Updated the includes path of in-tree sources accordingly.

Most of the changes here are scripted, check the PR for more
info.

9eeb78d86d COVERAGE: Fix COVERAGE_GCOV dependencies
CONFIG_COVERAGE has been incorrectly used to
change other kconfig options (stack sizes, etc)
code defaults, as well as some samples behaviour,
which should not have dependend on it.

Instead those should have depended on COVERAGE_GCOV,
which, being the one which adds special code and
temporary RAM storage for embedded targets,
require changes to many features.

When building for the native targets, all this was
unnecessary.

=> Fix the dependency.
