The generic SPI GPIO chip select support now respects devicetree flags
for signal active level. Update all cs-gpios properties to specify
active low.

This follows the board porting guide. Only the the board
efm32hg_slstk3400a does not include a SoC containting an MPU.

The nvs sample requires a storage_partition of 3 flash pages, but these
boards only provided 2 flash pages. Because of this the nvs sample
failed.
