0744adf417 display: ili9340: Add support of Seeed 2.8" TFT Touch Shield v2.0. 
Add support of Seeed 2.8" TFT Touch Shield v2.0 to ILI9340 driver.
This driver supports color pixel formats of RGB888 and RGB565.
