Peter Bigot	f780247d8a	treewide: use full path to console/uart_mcumgr.h header ... The build infrastructure should not be adding the drivers subdirectory to the include path. Anas Nashif	d1b2718687	cleanup: include/: move uart.h to drivers/uart.h ... move uart.h to drivers/uart.h and create a shim for backward-compatibility. No functional changes to the headers.
