Most kernel code that depends on the state of the LITE symbol has this dependency removed, since the symbol was used for an incomplete feature that could not be enabled. This change has no operational impact, as the LITE symbol was never defined by the build system. In a handful of timer-related references to LITE are not removed, as they will be useful in adding a tickless kernel capability.
