Anas Nashif f2e35134b0 cleanup: include/: move i2s.h to drivers/i2s.h
move i2s.h to drivers/i2s.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.

No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.
