Declan Snyder eae316ebc9 dts: bindings: Rename nxp,kinetis-lptmr compat ...

Rename nxp,kinetis-lptmr compat to nxp,lptmr.
Because of concerns over breaking downstream users,
keep support for the old compatible temporarily and
make it clear it should be changed.
