Move to use DEVICE_DT_GET_ONE instead of device_get_binding as
we work on phasing out use of DTS 'label' property.

Move driver to use gpio_dt_spec for GPIO interrupt handling. Since
the driver can support multiple instances its possible that some
have irq's in dts and some don't. So we add a check in
itds_trigger_set to make sure we have a GPIO device if we are
trying to set a trigger.

This patch is to enable arm timer driver for Intel Agilex SoC FPGA.
The PPI's interrupt ID will be mapped into the interrupt ID
defined by SBSA in GIC-400 controller.

When an operation on the socket is not supported by the implementation,
which is the case for some drivers, set errno to a value that reflects
this situation rather than signalling an error with the file descriptor.

The new interface contract guarantees that OpenThread stack uses
otPlatSettingsSet only for aKey which has at most one value at time.
This implies the simplification for key name used by settings subsystem
and decreases the count of records written each time when the value
for specific key is updated. In result non-volatile memory can be used
more efficiently.
It relates to zephyrproject-rtos/openthread commit: ed665e9 .
We still need to make sure that old entries are being removed for the
case with DFU.

Picolibc already provides the functionality offered by cbprintf, so
there's no reason to use the larger and less functional version included
in zephyr.

Bindings for Intel HDA now require the buffer alignment property to be
set.
Sets the property to 128 bytes for the common Intel cAVS device tree as
was implied by the tests cases.

Enable statically allocated buffers to determine their buffer alignment
with a device tree property rather than having to find out through docs.
Should save people lots of time.
