If the call to net_send_data() fails, for example if the forwading
interface is down, then the pkt will leak. The reference taken by
net_pkt_shallow_clone() will never be released. Fix the problem
by dropping the rerefence count in the error path.

The LPUART driver activates the "noise" error interrupt but
neglects to clear the error bit when the interrupt occurs. This
causes the device to freeze. Clear the "noise" status to avoid
the lockup and track instances of this as a UART_ERROR_PARITY.

Inside gpio_nrfx_pin_interrupt_configure, the "ch" variable is allocated
inside the "if", but then it gets dereferenced and the pointer saved in
trigger_config, which is used in the outer context.
This works fine right now, but that memory location could possibly be
reused by another automatic variable if the code gets changed.
Moving it in the function context to avoid any potential problem.

Now that sensor drivers are enabled based on devicetree
we need to remove any cases of them getting enabled by
Kconfig.defconfig* files as this can lead to errors.
Typically the Kconfig.defconfig* will blindly enable a
sensor and not respect the devicetree state of the sensor.
Additionally we can get problems with prj.conf/defconfig
as well getting incorrectly overridden.

Move from using Kconfig OSDP_UART_DEV_NAME to a devicetree
chosen property ("zephyr,osdp-uart"). This is similar to a number
of other functions like "zephyr,shell-uart" or "zephyr,bt-uart".
Changed the integration platform for the osdp samples to
stm32_min_dev_black as it already has zephyr,osdp-uart set.

The regulator-pmic node is a child of the I2C device. When this
was converted to i2c_dt_spec that was missed.

The SPI flash were recently changed to use an alias to identify the
flash chip in:
64fbbd9a44 boards: Add alias to boards with spi-flash node
This caused some CI test failure for the nrf52840dk test with the
nrf52840dk_mx25l51245g overlay, as it changes the flash nodelabel of the
board dts file. Adding the correct alias to the overlay file to point to
the correct one.

Change the non-secure dts file to disable the qspi device and drop the
flash node. This has the effects of excluding the QSPI driver from the
build (which is supposedly not being accessible from the non-secure
core) and dropping the partitions under the external flash, skipping
this config in DFU tests.

CONFIG_MAIN_STACK_SIZE was increased for qemu_leon3, but after
15fdee04e3 logging: log_output: Add function for processing input arguments
this test started to fail on other platforms as well. Moving the stack
size override on the test wide prj.conf seems to make it work correctly
again.
