Anas Nashif	8f1780f6de	docs: make doxygen happy with new locations ... Change @file entry on some headers due to duplicated files in the include/ tree (real header + shim). Anas Nashif	efb8df5366	cleanup: include/: move misc/stack.h to debug/stack.h ... move misc/stack.h to debug/stack.h and create a shim for backward-compatibility. No functional changes to the headers.
