Adds, removes and modifies includes in all LE audio
files.
Fixes any found spelling mistakes as well.
Fixes a few places where incorrect types were used.

The function is useful for application to lookup set
members from bt_conn pointers, e.g. when iterating on
connected devices.

Since the CSIP API expects a set member struct for nearly all
functionality, the reference to the full set member (along with
the CAS specific CSIS) should be given to the application.

Reformated csip_set_member to use atomic flags for notifications
instead of a pending notification array. This better conforms the
style of the code to how its done in other LE Audio services.

for the set coordinator to use the set member CSIP
role name.

Renamed the coordinated set implementation to use the
profile (CSIP) name instead of the service (CSIS) name, as
the former is more general.
