2c22e83dfb include: arch: arm: Remove aarch32 directory

  1. Move all directories and files in 'include/zephyr/arch/arm/aarch32'
    to the 'include/zephyr/arch/arm' directory.

  2. Change the path string which is influenced by the changement 1.

d8f955e375 drivers: pwm: Add driver for xmc4xxx using ccu8 module
Adds driver for pwm on xmc4xxx using Capture Compare Unit 8 (CCU8)
module. There are two CCU8 nodes with each one having four slices.
Each slice has two output channels.

Unlike CCU4, this module can generate complementary high-side/low-side
signals for each output channel. A variable dead time can be added
during the off to on transitions to make sure that the
high-side/low-side signals are not on at the same time.

23b6e4f507 drivers: pwm: Add driver for xmc4xxx using ccu4 module
Adds driver for pwm on xmc4xxx using Capture Compare Unit 4 (CCU4)
module. There are four CCU4 with each one having four channels
Thus it's possible to have up to 16 pwm output signals. The output of
each channel can only be connected to a specific port/pin. The possible
connection and gpio configurations are defined using pinctrl.

The CCU4 module also has a capture mode. Capture support will be added
in the future.

794ab10827 soc: Only select HAS_SEGGER_RTT if module is available
This prevents configuration errors if a board is configured when
the SoC indicates segger RTT support but the segger module is
not available.

ed105761fa soc: arm: infineon_xmc: 4xxx: Disable unalign trap on reset
The unaligned trap bit is set by default, contrary to the xmc
reference manual. This PR unsets the bit in the initialization.
It can still be set later via the CONFIG_TRAP_UNALIGNED_ACCESS
option.

Note that the same approach is used in xmc4500 reference software
init code (see SystemCoreSetup() in infineon hal module).

2d3493bff0 drivers: adc: Add ADC xmc4xxx drivers
The ADC module has four conversion groups, each one is set up as a zephyr
device. The start-up calibration is initiated globally for all groups
and it is run in each device init function. The ADC module supports post
calibration per group. Post calibration is run automatically after each
group acquires the samples.

727e589448 drivers: interrupt_controller: Add XMC4XXX ERU driver
In Infineon XMC4XXX SoCs, gpio interrupts are triggered via an
Event Request Unit (ERU) module. A subset of the gpios are
connected to the ERU. The ERU monitors edge triggers and creates
a SR.

This driver configures the ERU for a target port/pin combination
for rising/falling edge events. Note that the ERU module does
not generate SR based on the gpio level. Internally the ERU
tracks the *status* of an event. The status is set on a positive
edge and unset on a negative edge (or vice-versa depending on
the configuration). The value of the status is used to implement
a level triggered interrupt; The ISR checks the status flag and
calls the callback function if the status is set.

The ERU configurations for supported port/pin combinations are
stored in a devicetree file dts/arm/infineon/xmc4xxx_x_x-intc.dtsi.
The configurations are stored in the opaque array
uint16 port_line_mapping[].

538477f8b8 soc: arm: infineon: 4xxx: Fix UART comms during sleep
In normal operation the clock for peripheral devices is derived from
the PLL clock.
During sleep, the xmc4xxx can switch its system clock source (f_sys)
from the PLL clock to an f_ofi clock. Switching to the f_ofi clock
is the default behaviour which breaks UART comms.

Use the PLL clock source during sleep instead to fix the issue.

9a501e0922 serial: remove Kconfig.defconfig setting of serial drivers
Now that serial drivers are enabled based on devicetree
we need to remove any cases of them getting enabled by
Kconfig.defconfig* files as this can lead to errors.

Typically the Kconfig.defconfig* will blindly enable a
sensor and not respect the devicetree state of the serial.
Additionally we can get problems with prj.conf/defconfig
getting incorrectly overridden.

e5e73a70e9 soc: remove unnecessary inclusions of devicetree.h
Many ARM SoCs included <devicetree.h> likely due to:

1. nvic.h not being self-contained
2. As a result of copy-paste

Some RISC-V SoCs had the same problem, in this case likely due to
copy-paste from ARM. The <devicetree.h> header has been removed using
the following command:

sed -i ':a;N;$!ba;s/#include <devicetree\.h>\n//g' soc/**/soc.h

soc.h files that make a legitimate usage of the API have not been
changed.

1706b4dfaa arm: rename z_platform_init to z_arm_platform_init
Platform specific initialization during early boot
has been a feature supported only by Cortex-M; the
Kconfig symbol is defined in arch/arm Kconfig space.
We rename the z_platform_init() function to
z_arm_platform_init(), to indicate more clearly that
this is an internal, private ARM-only API.

This commit does not introduce behavioral changes.

f4adfd52cb drivers: serial: add XMC seris UART support

only poll mode using XMCLib.

Out of 4 available UART's on SoC, only UART1 is confgired
by default in UART mode until GPIO & pinctrl support.

b687d76d09 soc: arm: add infineon_xmc series support
Add infineon xmc series with XMC4500 support. XMC series comes with,
- CPU operates upto 120MHz
- 3 RAM (PSRAM1 - code, DSRAM1 - data and DSRAM2 - communiation)
- upto 1MB flash

init: clock control & gpio is not done, so SoC initialization directly
relies on HAL. Core operating clock is stored in no_init section, which
is kept under DSRAM1. Only DSRAM1 is used until clock support. Using
PSRAM1 and DSRAM1 needs adaptation in linker script - planned for next
revision.

Note: SystemInit cannot be consumed directly due to vector table +
HAL linker dependency.
