Describe the samples using code-sample directive in preparation for
upcoming changes to the Zephyr documentation that will be leveraging
the provided description and metadata.

config file snippets should use "cfg" pygment to get proper highlighting
This commit updates all occurences where "kconfig" or other languages
were used.
