In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all lib code to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to zephyrproject-rtos#45388 for more details.

Added 4 new pthread_key APIs for thread-specific data
key creation, deletion, setting and getting the values.
Added a key list to the posix_struct for threads.
Added pthread_once API.
