Currently, the s32z270dc2_r52 board only supports running on RAM,
so samples or tests watchdogs that perform SoC reset will not produce
results. Set the build only for these samples and tests until the
reset SoC function is supported.

integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and
for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they
just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular
tests/sample.
Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.

nxp LPC and RTxxx series has a power firmware which is conflict with
noninit variable, so filter out cases for those platforms

Define a common overlay for all the stm32 boards where the
tests/drivers/watchdog/wdt_basic_api is running.
The RCC apb1 clock freq is reduced to pass the test
except on stm32H7 family : special overlay file.

Add watchdog support to the mimxrt595 platform.
The mimxrt595 platform is excluded from the watchdog
test case because the test case uses variables in the
noinit section that need to be retained through a reset
but the rt595 does not retain this memory through a
reset.

Configure the testcase.yaml to execute watchdog testcase
wdt_basic_api on each IWDG and WWDG on all the stm32 boards
With two generic stm32 .overlay files as extra config :
one wdg is tested when the other is disabled.
Removing from board overlay.
Giving the list of boards else non-stm32 ones could try building

Review tests applicability so that it only relies on watchdog
compatible availability. Additionally, tweak APB prescaler
in case of window watchdog test, so that timeout value can be
achieved.

The bootloader on mec15xxevb_assy6853 clears the memory on reboot,
which would fail the wdt_basic_api test. Instead of simply exclude
the platform, add a build only test for this board so the watchdog
is being built to avoid build breakage.

The seasonal overhaul of test identifiers aligning the terms being used
and creating a structure. This is hopefully the last time we do this,
plan is to document the identifiers and enforce syntax.
The end-goal is to be able to generate a testsuite description from the
existing tests and sync it frequently with the testsuite in Testrail.

On watchdog-triggered reboot, the SAM platforms
reset RAM, so the wdt_basic_api cannot be completed
successfully, as it relies on RAM retention (relies
on variables stored in RAM retaining their values
across different boot cycles). Exclude the platforms
with the SAM Watchdog from this test.

After the window watchdog introduction, the boards that support it over
independent watchdog fail to pass this test. This patch adds specific
tests for the nucleo_{f401re, l496zg} boards supporting WWDG.

patch exclude the watchdog test case for quark_d2000_crb
,as it seen that upon watchdog reset the conents of ram are lost.
Hence the existing testcase fails.

Replaces platform whitelists with "depends_on: watchdog" to make the
watchdog test build for all supported platforms. Also updates the
testcase name to follow the new <component>.<subcomponent>
classification scheme.

We have many testcases doing filtering both on the architecture level
and the platform level, which is redundant. Also many testcases are
running the same test twice on the same SoC for no good reason, cleanup
the tests and cleanup the filtering.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
