move pinmux.h to drivers/pinmux.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.
No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.

STM32 uart Kconfig instance flags were not following
same naming scheme than other drivers (i2c, spi, ..)
Update driver to use UART_X instead of UART_STM32_PORT_X

This commit enables CAN on the STM32L432.
Tested on nucleo l432ck with external transceiver and loopback mode.

Move all STM32 based board pinmux files into the board dirs so we are
consistent across all the STM32 platforms/boards.
