Add gpio-keys codes for all boards. These are mostly INPUT_KEY_0 and so
on but I've used some more specific ones where it was obvious that
there's something else on the boards.

The LPC platforms define memory in SRAM blocks that can be
combined to represent larger memory blocks to the CPU. Change
the M4 allocation to use SRAM0+SRAM1 for 128K.

Don't assume in the soc level device trees that flexcomm nodes will
always be configured as spi. Instead, configure flexcomm nodes at the
board level for lpcxpresso55s69 and lpcxpresso54114 boards.

Updates the mcux lpc driver and all associated boards to use new
device tree compatible gpio configuration flags. Implements new port
get/set/clear/toggle functions recently added to the gpio api.
ISR functions to be added later.

This commit adds 'clock-frequency' property to the cpu nodes.
The clock frequency specified in the added property is used
during platform configuration. Examples:
- The SWO logger uses clock frequency to configure SWO output.
- Plenty of platforms need CPU clock specified for their HAL.
- Most of devices with USB needs information about CPU clock
in order to configure USB clock source.

The DT spec. only has "okay" and not "ok". The Linux kernel has around
12k "okay"s and 300 "ok"s.
The scripts/dts scripts only check for "disabled", so should be safe re.
those at least.
The replacement was done with
git ls-files | xargs sed -i 's/status\s*=\s*"ok"/status = "okay"/'

Removed Console dependencies from shell uart backend.
Generated define: CONFIG_UART_SHELL_ON_DEV_NAME for each board.

Combines the lpcxpresso54114_m4 and lpcxpresso54114_m0 boards into one
directory containing both board configurations. This eliminates some
duplicate code and documentation, and better represents the actual
hardware.
